There are several reasons why Walgreens is doing poorly as a business. One of them might be that they will charge 2x or more on in-store items than they will for pick-up and unlike business- savvy competitors who know that price matching when a customer bothered walking into the store anyway is going to a. Incentivize the customer to return and b. Deter them from just putting everything back on the shelf and going to a competitor's store because they're not dumb enough to pay the astronomical prices when they know they could pay less than half the amount.
It's truly unfortunate.

This use to be a nice store but things have changed. The hiring of young rude millennials is a recipe for disaster. I went in there tonight with my 15 year old son. He decided to go back to the car. The two young associates working made a very rude and derogatory comment that I heard. I asked them if they were talking about my son. They were surprised I heard them. They had nothing to say. I then proceeded to check out. 3 12oz Red Bulls and a 3 pack of pens.the Red Bulls are 3/$8. They rang up $3 a piece. I explained that the digital sign on the cooler door said 3/$8. She said I was wrong and I was reading the wrong size. The other worker went and checked. She then proceeded to tell me that for that flavor it is $3 a piece. No where that sells Red Bull charges differently for the flavor. By this time they have both made a few remarks and had a horrible attitude. I chose to walk away at this point because dealing with these types of people is like arguing with my dog. I plan on moving my prescriptions to the Walgreens in Danada on Naperville rd. It’s amazing how disrespectful and arrogant this new young workforce has become. Do better Walgreens

Pharmacy sucks and falsely advertises its hours so now I won’t have my medication for an entire weekend. Thanks for nothing.

Was going here for a few years and gave up. Their open hours were off the rails sometimes. Poor service. Reminders where unhelpful and very annoying.

5 stars for this pharmacy….always prompt and courteous service…have been coming here for over 4 years….I’m sure they are short staffed and over worked but they are very efficient in this particular pharmacy! Thank you!

Last time they lost my prescription. On the follow-up, Pharmacy opens at 9 AM but no one in line has been served as of 9:40. Pharmacist keeps passing everyone and leaving again.

The pharmacy is horrendous. Go elsewhere. Even if you have to drive out of your way. Go elsewhere. I've never had to continuously wait so long at non-peak hours before to grab prescriptions that I know are already filled. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes in a line of 1 or none before being assisted. Yes, I literally waited over 10 minutes as the only one in line at 3:30pm with no one helping me. It felt like I was being pranked.

I had the weirdest experience here. I ordered photo card invitations with envelopes. I went to pick them up, and when I got home, I realized they did not give me the envelopes I ordered. I went back to the store, with my receipt proving that I ordered them. The woman at the counter started looking all over and couldn't find envelopes. She went to the back room and looked around for several minutes. When she came back out she said she had to talk to the manager. After she talked to the manager, she came back and told me that they do not have envelopes in stock, and won't be in for another couple days. So they clearly packaged my order KNOWING that it wasn't complete. When I told her I specifically ordered envelopes, and that my invitations needed to be mailed ASAP, she says "your best bet is to drive down the street to the other Walgreens location and ask them if you can have some of their envelopes." WHAT? You screwed this up, you should be the one calling them and making it right. I couldn't believe she told me I had to call another location, ask them for envelopes, and drive all the way to another store. I went to the Walgreens on Naperville Road and they were really nice and accommodating, they also thought the request from the other store was strange.

I went to pick up my 3 year old's prescription about 15 minutes after the doctor sent it in. They initially said that it wouldn't be ready for an hour and a half, but I asked if they could fill it asap since I was there with my crazy toddler. They were so nice and were able to have it ready in about 15 minutes while we waited. I heard 2 other costumers complaining about issues while we waited, but they were very accommodating to us!
