I had the weirdest experience here. I ordered photo card invitations with envelopes. I went to pick them up, and when I got home, I realized they did not give me the envelopes I ordered. I went back to the store, with my receipt proving that I ordered them. The woman at the counter started looking all over and couldn't find envelopes. She went to the back room and looked around for several minutes. When she came back out she said she had to talk to the manager. After she talked to the manager, she came back and told me that they do not have envelopes in stock, and won't be in for another couple days. So they clearly packaged my order KNOWING that it wasn't complete. When I told her I specifically ordered envelopes, and that my invitations needed to be mailed ASAP, she says "your best bet is to drive down the street to the other Walgreens location and ask them if you can have some of their envelopes." WHAT? You screwed this up, you should be the one calling them and making it right. I couldn't believe she told me I had to call another location, ask them for envelopes, and drive all the way to another store. I went to the Walgreens on Naperville Road and they were really nice and accommodating, they also thought the request from the other store was strange.

I went to pick up my 3 year old's prescription about 15 minutes after the doctor sent it in. They initially said that it wouldn't be ready for an hour and a half, but I asked if they could fill it asap since I was there with my crazy toddler. They were so nice and were able to have it ready in about 15 minutes while we waited. I heard 2 other costumers complaining about issues while we waited, but they were very accommodating to us!

A prescription was submitted 2 months ago. When I came back in a week ago I was told the prescription was out of stock for that store. With all of the texts messages I receive from Walgreens none of them notified me the it was out of stock. Over the next month when I was in the store, I checked and was told it was still out of stock. A few weeks ago when I came in and checked I was told my prescription request was no longer out there . . . it was deleted without my permission. The explanation I was given was that if I do not pick up a prescription in a timely basis it is put back into stock. How could I come back to pick something up that was not in stock? At this time I was told the prescription was resubmitted. Fast forward 2 weeks, my prescription was deleted again and I was given the same reason. I asked for it to be resubmitted again. In as much as I could not come back until Friday (6 days from now) I was told it might be put back into stock. Incredible! I then talk to an assistant store manager who said there was nothing he could do and that I should call corporate . . . amazing a manager with no authority.

I dropped off my disposable camera pictures 7 weeks ago and they were supposed to come back in 1 week. After going into the store frustrated 5+ times with people telling me they would call and work on it, not until the last guy I talked to called did anything happen. I refused to pay as it was a ridiculous time frame and the most they could do was give me a 15% off discount or I couldn't get the pictures. Extremely disappointed in the staff when they told me they would do things that never happened and in the way the manager talked to me. DO NOT recommended for disposable cameras.
