This pharmacy is always understaffed. Today I went and waited and waited and waited while the tech was checking in medications. So a live person standing there is less important than paperwork. Drive thru cars keep getting processed. I work in healthcare, I know it is non-stop. There has to be a better way. Better attitudes among the pharmacy techs would help.

This store is wonderful! Pharmacy always has my order ready quick, and the store manager Ron is the nicest fella you’ll ever meet. There’s lots of Walgreens but they’re not all this good, make sure to stop here next time you need a snickers.

There's a lot of negative reviews for this pharmacy, not sure why tho. We've never had a problem with either the pharmacy nor the store

I would give a 0 star if I could. This Walgreens pharmacy is horrible!!!! The wait time is ridiculous. I fully blame all the staff shortages on the health care professionals massive fires for refusal to be jabbed with the plandamic fake vaccines. I came in to drop my prescription so I can take a dosage of my pain medication when I get in the car in hopes it will start wking b4 I get hm. 1 pharmacist filling scripts, 1 staffing wking the drive & helping inside staff. 1 staff on the inside drop off & pick up window who had to leave the window to help an elderly staff find a box of face masks & 1 staff helping the pharmacist. They wouldn't take a call-prescription, so I had to wait in 2 long lines, just to get my meds. Ridiculous!!!!

This location is horrible. The drive thru didn't have a person there. Waited for five minutes for the person to come out. The attitude was horrible. She took away my cell phone for five minutes and didn't give us the test requested. Couldn't be worse.

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. Sadly with my new insurance Walgreens is the preferred pharmacy. This location is so slow and understaffed it makes me cringe. First visit took over 19 mins to get up to the front counter, they misplaced the prescriptions were scurrying all around to find it! Second visit and 17 mins in the drive thru with only one car before me. UGH I have never been so annoyed by such lack of customer service in my life. Something needs to change!

Worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced! I have been getting my prescriptions here for years, but I have finally had enough. Most of the staff is nice, but there are a few employees that are the rudest people I have ever met. The nice ones are just too busy! They are always so so so so understaffed. They are a joke with their policies about speaking with the pharmacist, who barely has time to breathe. They should be ashamed of themselves with their staffing It is downright dangerous.

For the second time in 2 months I went to the drive-up window at Walgreens on Main Street in Wheaton to get my prescriptions and came away with nothing. The first time I was told mine wasn't ready (even though I had received an email) and was told to go to the back of the long line of cars to wait AGAIN until it was ready. This after I had waited 15 minutes on the person in the car ahead of me. I left. Today, I received a call that my prescription was ready, as I have the past week, and drove over to pick it up. I was given a different prescription, one I did not want. When I asked for the other, I was told it was put back after 10 days so I would have to wait or come back. I was told the call today was for a different prescription, even though the call did not say what exactly was ready. I asked why the automated call doesn't spell out what is ready and was told HIPPA won't allow it. So, if you have more than one prescription, you never know what is ready. Also, they never tell you on the call or in person that you only have 10 days to pickup a prescription before it is cancelled. I asked to have someone bring it to me and was denied. Two strikes you're out. I am dealing with too many health issues to be constantly frustrated by this poorly run pharmacy.

I love this place for the helpful Pharmacy Techs and the Pharmacists as well. If I have any questions about my prescriptions they are very knowledgeable and eager to answer my questions. I'll never go anywhere else :)

I came in and the pharmacist told me it would be 15 minutes to get my script filled. I had a building spinal headache so I needed him to be accurate with his time assessment. When I went to the washroom he took another patient in front of me and took his time with the patient that came in after me. I finally had to leave without getting my pain medications because the pharmacist was taking so long helping somebody that came in after me. People who come in for medications should get first priority this is ridiculous.
