“I just left this location with my husband. Upon walking in the manager, John, greeted us right away and asked if he could help us find anything. As soon as I explained the protein supplement I needed, he grabbed it off the shelf for me right away, and didn't try to upsell me which was nice and took the pressure off of shopping around after. My husband made a comment on the price difference between the Total War preworkout on their shelf versus what is sold at a competitor and John provided intelligent feedback on why that might be and went above and beyond to check the product details and what ingredients might be adjusted for them to sell it as a smaller margin. Upon finding out the ingredients were the same, John offered a deal and provided amazing customer service, which is why we will continue to drive the distance from Montgomery to this location for our supplements in the future!! I went in there looking for some vitamins to help my sciatic nerve pain and troubles falling asleep. He answered every single question I had in depth, giving the what and the why’s of each product. Even the background of the product and how it originated and how it will help me. We shared personal connections with our pain and he recommended me vitamins that would help ease the pain, naturally. He was very empathetic when I threw him all of pain problems and it felt good to have someone that can connect with the consumer. I will only be going to THIS exact location for now on.
