It has been close to 3 weeks and I returned glasses for various reasons. They have not given me my refund. They sure charged me when I purchased them.I have called and can never reach a human to ask why I haven’t received my refund for a terrible pairof glasses. I purchased a new pair and they certainly billed immediately.I want my refund from a large company and I must fight them when I have the papers to prove Iam entitled to it.

What an amazing experience getting my new glasses!The staff at Visionworks truly made my experience smooth, easy, and efficient. Both Gabby and Hannah were kind and patient as I selected my first ever pair of glasses. Thank you both for your kindness! I’m looking forward to rocking my new glasses!

Do not hesitate to go to the VisionWorks in Danada. What a great group of people. I’ve worn glasses for 50+ years so I’ve seen my share of optical shops. I’d give them an AAA rating…Friendly…Knowledgeable…Attentive….and most of all they were able to deliver a quality product at a reasonable cost.

The store manager Hannah and associate Gabby were absolutely wonderful. I had a terrible experience with the Lombard location and was sent here by the GM Daniella. Needless to say....complete opposite of my last experience and these ladies were beyond polite, caring and listened to all our needs. I would recommend this location and say that the staff here should be used as an example of how all their other locations should be run. Kudos Hannah and Gabby....i hope cooperate sees this and gives you credit for doing things right!!! TYVM again.

Visionworks109 Danada Square EastWheaton, IL. 60189On Friday 12/22/2023I went to go see, if was able to get my glasses exchanged, because I'm not comfortable with them. They are really fragile and I don't want them to break on me, while I put them on or take them off. I was able to pick a new pair and paid the additional charge for the frames. However, when the guy was done with the order, he gave me the receipt, thanked me, and sent me off. However, he did not give me my glasses back and when I asked him for my glasses, he told me that they needed to keep them, because I was going to get new ones. I understand if I have to return them, because I'm getting a new pair of glasses, but how am I supposed to see, read or drive, without my glasses, as they are the only pair that I have for daily use. He went to the back and spoke to someone, and came back out and told me that they were going give me the glasses back, but I have to return them when I get the new pair of glasses. Well hello!!! I wear my glasses daily, because I can't see without them. And, how can that policy be possible? I think that it is very absurd, in my opinion.

I wanted to use my vision insurance. I was an America’s Best customer (for the last 20 years) and wanted a new eye doctor close to our home (in Wheaton), based on my insurance I chose this Visionworks location. Based on reviews I made my appointment earlier in the week and had my appointment today. To say I am impressed is expressing the customer service here very small! I was amazed at how I was greeted, by Anna, my insurance was explained to me (guess I had GOOD vision insurances) by Gaby and I had the pleasure of having my eye doctor be Dr. Shelia. She answered all of questions!! I had a lot. The state of the art equipment is amazing too, my first experience with this technology.I will definitely be back. Even my husband said he was impressed too!

Very kind and caring towards my children. They made the experience very open and welcoming. My husband and I’s appointments overlapped for about 10 minutes, I was worried about our children(two 6 y/os and a 2 y/o). But the kind staff supplied them with some highlighters and paper, and kept a watch over them during that time. It a very quiet and calming environment as well. Highly suggest to anyone, esp those with small kids. Will be going back with any eye care needs in the future.

Love this Visionworks. I've been here a couple times for both myself and my husband and we've been lucky enough to work with Gabby. She's very helpful, super friendly, really knows her stuff and very nice to work with. This Visionworks is a bit far from us, but they have the best staff!

Had an eye exam at this location on Tuesday August 8th. It was a very pleasant experience. The young ladies that assisted me were very professional and very polite. Their names were Hannah and Gabby. The exam & selection of new frames took less than an hour. I was very pleased with my visit and I look forward to returning to this location for my glasses in the future. Thanks Visionworks in Wheaton IL.
