My second visit to this location and another great experience. Xavier and his colleague Tyler did an exceptional job assisting me with upgrading my family phones and plans. Great service is more rare than ever. Nice job gents!
They answered my questions and offered me options based on my usage and needs. Verizon has been the best cellular service and I don’t ever feel surprised by my bill.

A pleasant interaction with Ryan at this Verizon store. He was prompt in helping and took time researching an item for my grandmother. He was very patient as well.

If you are looking for rude sales staff, poor customer service and disrespect towards loyal patrons, then the Verizon Store in Wheaton- Danada is the store for you! I was told they could not help me purchase a new phone unless I either added an extra line or some other promotion I was not interested in. I bought the phone online and then returned to the store to trade in my old phone, they wanted to charge me 30 bucks to set up new phone… manager was not able to waive the fee… so once again I got on my phone and spoke with customer service, which reimbursed me for the 30 bucks. Verizon, you are this close to losing a profitable customer.

They deserve no stars. No one returns phone calls. They promise up and down they will follow through. Useless staff companied with useless customer service and support. I was a customer for over 15 years. They value our loyalty so much they won't do anything to keep it. Good riddance.

Had a super easy visit with Verizon today! They were great to work with and I ordered my new phone, I should receive in a few weeks. Told me to come back if I need help transferring my data! This was honestly the least stressful visit I have ever had? maybe I won’t wait so long to upgrade my phones if it’s now this easy yay!!

Verizon is fine however the woman working on 9/24/23 maybe her name was Kesha?! However, acted like we were inconveniencing her when just inquiring about upgrading my phone to the iPhone 15. She was not helping whatsoever & just stared at me w a blank face. As a customer service associate myself, this was the worst experience w a person! Please please please evaluate her & make sure your costumers at this location are appreciated and respected please! Will never return to this location because of her.

I’ve been here twice and have been disappointing both times. I came in the first time a couple months ago to set up my account while being bombarded by one of the rude staffers there about different plans. Second time and I came in to get a copy of my bills and was being treated rudely and left.

My wife was just at this location, she told Kesha she wanted info on upgrades and fees. Nothing with Verizon but she was just not customer friendly, was rude, did not go over fees and program and was just trying to sell and not help. My wife left this location and went to Willowbrook location. yes out of the way but they answered all her questions and she got her a new Apple 14 pro. 0 stars for Kesha. 5 for Verizon
