Had a package that made it as far a Wheaton & tracking shows they STILL have it in their possession. BUT Wheaton post office says it's gone & is in transit. But never got scanned as leaving there or scanned as arriving anywhere else! Tracking is a charged service. Yet you don't get it even when you pay for it.

On the positive side, the workers were helpful when I had questions about international shipping. On the negative side, only two employees were working in the front, and I stood in line for about 10 minutes before receiving help. In comparison to other USPS locations, I would say this staff was more polite and helpful, and the wait time was about average.

I had a very important package to be shipped that was priority 2 day shipping, I dropped the package off on Monday 12/19/22 at 11am as of today Tuesday 12/27/22 the tracking number states it is still sitting at their location. This was an at home blood test for my gender reveal (hence the priority shipping) as I now have never received my results because the package was never shipped but now the blood test is not viable. I am incredibly disappointed as this was my first ever experience here. Will NEVER return.

Two packages lost in two months that cost me the item, customer refunds, time, the money and the shipping that it cost to send it out and all they tell me is oh well so ship at your own risk I guess but I think I'm going to be start using a different carrier that actually gets the packages where they're supposed to go. How the heck is a HUGE BOX lost? And I mean huge. It doesn't just vanish into thin air!

I have been using the Post Office at 40 Danada Sq. in Wheaton for over 20 years. I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, efficient, and respectful. They are hands down the fastest post office in terms of handling incoming customers. Joseph is the best - always pleasant, helpful, smiling, friendly - to everyone.I have used the PO at 757 DuPage Ave in Glen Ellyn in the past. That PO really sucks. The staff there used to be better at customer service, but there has been a lot of turnover. It seems the entire staff there now and over the last 5-6 years is surly, rude, disrespectful, grumpy. They seem annoyed to have to wait on customers. The manager of that PO needs to take lessons from the staff at the Danada Sq. office. I NEVER go to the 757 DuPage Ave Glen Ellyn PO anymore.

The workers (all 3 of them- in the past 2 months I have LITERALLY only seen 3 different people) are very nice, but as stated above, the service is incredibly slow. I'm posting this in December, so I understand it's a crazy time of year, but as I write this, I have been in line for over 25 minutes and only one man has been behind the counter the whole time.

I live across the street and it's been "out for delivery for 4 days now...The lady couldn't have been more rude and the information she gave me was all incorrect as speaking with the supervisor the next day confirmed. I've never experienced employees trying so hard to not help... I'm about to jump the counter and just dig for my package myself since they refuse to look for it..UPDATE ***** after a week of telling me it was on the truck all of sudden it was "sent back" and it's been over a week since they sent it back...... it hasn't showed up. I hate to jump to conclusions but the way the supervisor handled this. Was really suspicious and questionable leading me to believe someone took my package. Or it is in the USPS Bermuda triangle. Worst part is there is literally NOTHING I CAN DO.

Wow! Amazing service! Thank you to Joseph for all of your patience and time helping me today. I got lots of packages out in the mail quickly and for a reasonable rate. I will be coming to this location any time I need to send out packages. Keep Joseph around - what a kind and helpful person.

I don't like their customer service. I called a few times asking for information about my undelivered packages. Every time they promised to call back and they never did. It is not easy to get help from this office.
