If I could get them a zero star, that would be an understatement. I came to return 3 packages and told them to print out the label. I had to put a QR code in which is why I hadn't taped them before. I have done this at multiple UPS stores before but this particular location made me buy tape from them for the packages, they said to buy it or they can't do it. The are rude as hell and I am never coming to this location again. They have an attitude that I don't like or appreciate at all.

The best thing about this store is that it exists. Service can be on and off. When returning Amazon packages make sure you follow instructions to the letter, otherwise a free lecture is provided by employees on packing instructions plus the high cost of placing some tape on a package.

I have gone to this store multiple times only to find it locked up and closed 10-15 minutes before the posted hours. Hours need to be changed to 6:45pm if you cannot abide by the hours posted on the door. Be aware of this if you are dropping off packages.

I had my phone delivered there today and Dom went above and beyond to help me today and yesterday. Never had a better experience with any mailing service

I hate coming here. Everyone here is always so rude regardless of how polite and patient you are.
Edit to add:
I have been to this location several times over the years. Whenever I give it another shot my experience has always been the same. Extremely rude service.
No response from the owners can convince me this behavior will ever change.

Poor customer service. Went to return a package back to Amazon. The two people working there were not at all helpful. Could not return package and asked me to call Amazon for assistance. Really 3rd world service there. Then went to UPS Store in Glen Ellyn and the Customer Service was phenomenal (5 star). Bless them. 5 minutes work.

If I could give this place zero stars. I would. Stay far, far away from this place. I was doing an Amazon return here and the man working behind the counter was getting impatient. When I vocalized that I felt like he was being rude, he said, “how you feel isn’t my problem”. After that it was all downhill. Needless to say, I won’t ever be stepping foot in this location again.Edit:The generic response below is a sham. When the incident stated above occurred, I said I'd be leaving a review and the employee said, "we don't care what review you leave."

Absolutely rude. If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to return an Amazon package and I get screamed at for Amazon not putting a label on the box??? As if that’s my problem acting like I work at Amazon myself. Took it to another ups location and they helped me no problem.Do Not Go Here. So disrespectful.
