Spent over six minutes on the phone with an automated machine before I could be told that I wouldn’t be able to talk to somebody for over another eight minutes. Clearly this company does not care about customers.

I went at 2:55pm on 6/22 to drop off my children’s book for my publisher. I’ve been busy promoting my book and lost track of time for the late drop off. The young man was rude and tossed my package in the bin for the driver. I opted to use UPS because it took to long for the postal service to deliver my books to other businesses.

Horrible experience. Asked for depth options on a box and was treated the worst I’ve been treated at a retail location. Only female working on 2/5/24 1 pm had insanely bad attitude.

I was charged $5 to pick up a package that was UPS'd to this store. Later I called UPS corporate and was told there should not have been an additional charge. Be aware of their little side hustle. (BTW, navar had this problem at other UPS stores)Also, location can be very congested. I will not go back.

Every time I go into my local UPS store it is always a pleasant experience. They are able to assist with whatever you need. Helpful and friendly. No complaint here...

Employees at this location are very rude. I was there to ship my visa documents and needed some prints, employees treated me like I was going to runoff with 1.96$ prints. I was putting together all the documents to make sure I am not missing any documents and they were keep on asking me to do that later and pay first. I wanted to purchase envelope and make sure to pay for everything at once but they were insisting on paying for prints and then being rude by making remark within themselves that I am roaming in store so they are not sure what I am trying to do… In reality I was looking for correct envelope.Upon asking if they can generate label… employe made remark that I am not sure what I am trying to do and thus she can not help me..Please avoid going here.
