My first time shopping at Two Bostons was an amazing experience. You are greeted with a friendly face when you walk in. I just got a new dog and didn't know much about what he should eat or what items to use for maintenance. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Makes me feel better as a new dog mom. Thank you!

Ok, we just moved here from California (we are originally from the east coast) and I have gone past this place a few times and decided to pop in to see what it's about.I am super glad that I did!!! I found more of the all natural foods, treats and grain free, high protein food for my very picky baby girl, Magda. She's a pit mix, about 11 years old and the young girl that checked me out had a plethora of knowledge! Super informative even though I've had decades of K9 training in search and rescue, law enforcement and even as a GM for a pet resort.I highly recommend anyone to just pop in for 5 minutes, walk around...you'll be glad you did, I was!!! And Magda has demanded that I take her with me next time!

I come here often for my small picky chihuahua and the employees are always so helpful and super friendly with any questions I have! I also love the wide selection of freeze-dried treats they sell as my little dog loves the chicken feet! It’s a great store for pet owners to shop in when it comes buying quality food/treats for your pets.

I have been patronizing Two Bostons since I was blessed with my Lab-Retriever mix 'Kelsey.' The staff have always been pleasant and patient and well-informed, offering advice on brushing teeth and adding probiotics and directing to local dog parks. I wanted to point recent instance when Andy and Meghan and the team went above and beyond the call of duty. Apparently there was a slip up or delay with supplier of my dog's kibble, and the prospect of switching to an entirely new dried dog food was fraught with my worrying about the new product causing gastrointestinal discomfort and worse. The Two Bostons devised a quick patch, finding two smaller bags of kibble at a another source, discounted the retail price, and paid for two day shipping to my home address. This thoughtfulness and responsiveness is rare, and reminds me why Two Bostons can continue to count Kelsey as a tail-wagging devoted customer.

I love this place. Their recommendations have always been great (actually helped my cat with severe IBD with the very first recommendation after I swear I tried everything). They remember me which always feels nice and keep on top of ordering my cats food. Great people, great service, great products.

Rude, didn’t help me at all and didn’t offer a free gift or treat for my dog even though it was her birthday and that’s something they advertise. I'm not bummed they didn't give me anything free. The fact that I brought my daughter who has never been there to buy something for her big fur sister and not get any assistance is plain old sad. I get a family was in there this morning needing help buy things for their new pup but dang...share your assistance. Never going to this place again. Many other better places to buy nice things for your fur baby. Customer service is key to a successful business and unfortunately you won’t get decent customer service here. If you like getting ignored this is the place to be. I think her name was Sonia? Not sure but she could have taken some time to help us. You're a business, customers come and go but to straight up lose business because you didn't care will definitely help you lose more customers. Good Luck.*Replying to your comment*Your cashier never offered your program lmao. You guys are the worst! My husband did have an account with you guys and we even have the email you sent to let us know our dog will get free things..but what’s the point of asking for our info upon purchase if your system doesn’t automatically recognize the program you offer. It’s disappointing that that’s your response of all things. No thanks, we don’t need your fake sympathy. Your customer service is trash and same with your dog cakes. Found a better dog barkery in downers grove.

Came in today needing help finding toys for my girlfriend's dog. Paige greeted me right as i walked in and helped me with all of my questions and concerns, asking questions herself to help steer me in the right direction. We went over several products that she seemed very knowledgeable of, going over their ingredients, benefits, and why each item was so popular.Good service is always a great reason to come back, I signed up for the rewards program and plan returning soon

All the staff members here are wonderful and incredibly helpful. I went in to find a healthier food for my aging dog, and Angela went above and beyond in terms of service and knowledge about the variety of products and their quality. The cherry on top was a follow-up call I received from her one week later checking in on how my dog was enjoying the new food and inquiring about any questions I had! This level of attentive customer service can be challenging to find nowadays, and I deeply appreciated her and Two Bostons' approach.

Very cute store with lots of fun things. I can’t give them 4-5 stars because they continue to sell and push grain-free and raw diets. These foods are higher priced and very dangerous. They are deficient in the amino-acid taurine and cause dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure. This is not new information- the veterinary community has known about these risks with raw and grain-free diets for YEARS. Yet this place will tell you that these diets are premium. Until they start giving out accurate information to owners and I stop hearing from clients that the lady at Two Bostons told them the unhealthy food they are feeding was the best diet they could buy, I will continue to push back. There are 4 brands of foods that are highly researched and actually healthy. They are Eukanuba, Hill’s Science Diet, Purina Pro Plan, and Royal Canin.

For the past year and a half I've put up with high prices and nonsensical, unfriendly policies for the sake of supporting the local business owner. No more . I'm tired of opening up my wallet and holding my nose to support a company like this that does not support me with common sense customer friendly policies . No better vote than with my feet and my wallet. I probably have averaged $100 per month across their locations , some of which is spent on over priced, non essential impulse buys . Pet supplies Plus is closer and has a bigger selection of Stella And Chewey's for less money and it is staffed by reasonable people who realize that every customer and every dollar counts especially when consumers are cutting their budgets and cutting out the extravagant kinds of non essentials that Two Bostons sells to offset this inflation . Time and time again I've been able to predict which stores will close and which will survive just based on how they treat me . I've been correct more than I've been wrong . Won't be long before the shop is vacant . Join me you common sense pet owners of glen Ellyn
