Nope it was just a bunch of frozen snow stuck in my heat shield, they also found a coolant leak and fixed it. Pg and gosia took care of me and were both very very nice. “These guys are awesome!! We were in the area for a hockey tournament from Erie PA and had a really bad brake issue. Even though they didn't have any openings they squeezed us in! We called them on a Friday night at 4:30... and they had our car done by 9:45 Saturday morning! Incredibly nice staff (JR.) And owner. I wish this shop was in Erie so we could use them all the time. “I wish I could give 10 stars. Gil at the Lisle location is always awesome to work with. He is really friendly and also honest about what is going on with my vehicle. Rick at the DG location told me that I should take my car to the Hyundai dealership since I was likely a candidate for a free engine replacement under the 100K warranty. He was right- I got a whole new engine. I wouldn’t have done that if he hadn’t suggested that. All of the people I have dealt with at either location have been wonderful. Their prices are more than fair, and my oil changes never take more than 30 minutes. My husband and I are very loyal to them. Thank you guys!”

“A 10/10 experience.Brought my truck in for a diagnosis on a pretty technical transmission issue. The shop was able to locate a very strong lead on what could be wrong with my transmission, and they were able to provide exact numbers.The service was extraordinary. As someone who has done nearly every bit of repairs and maintenance on their own vehicle, it’s hard to trust someone with your vehicle. Chris, the service writer at the front desk was a great guy. A lot of shops you go to, you get someone know it all guy who usually gives you attitude. Chris was definitely not that. I explained my issues and what I’ve done, and he took everything into consideration and listened to everything I said. The tech I talked to was also really respectful and nice as well.It’s usually hard to find a quality shop, so if you’re on the fence about kehoe auto, definitely come in.”

He not only found the used part and had it shipped to the store, but he also gave me a very fair price on the labor. When I went to pick it up and pay for it, he knocked off a few more dollars. “I took my 2007 Chevy Suburban here due to low oil pressure problems I had, I was constantly losing oil due to a rear main seal leak, I also had a rough idle, and my car would shake when not in motion due to lifters, springs, and other engine parts being old, corroded, and damaged. Juan went above and beyond, took the entire engine apart to repair everything. It's been over 2 weeks since the repairs, I've driven over 1500 miles and my truck is feeling newer than ever, its running super smooth, and not a drop of oil in sight. Thanks Juan!”

“Dan is a great mechanic, one of the best I've ever encountered. He did my new tires quick and affordable. Just recently my mom had him inspect her car after a franchise mechanic shop inspected it. She wanted too see if his prices and problems founds were the same as the franchise mechanic due too that shop pulling shady things. He inspected it and found the same issues but the prices for repairs were almost half the cost of the franchise shop. Nice to see a mechanic who doesn't charge 3x the amount of hours for repairs.”

“I take all 4 of my cars here and won’t take them anywhere else. Waiting room is spotless and the shop is as well. Dimitri is so honest and never tries to push anything I don’t need like a dealer typically does. Prices are very reasonable as well unlike a dealer. All 4 are higher end vehicles that are higher maintenance and pricey repairs which, definitely add up over time. I know whatever he’s suggesting is something my car needs and trust him completely. My car comes back clean just as it was given. So professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Will never go anywhere else.”
