The place closes at 5pm. I went at 4:20 and asked how much to cut my bangs and the woman told me: everybody is different. What?!?! Bangs are bangs. She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t cut my bangs because she was busy. To clarify, busy was chilling and talking with the client. I feel it’s so unprofessional to say that she couldn’t take 5 minutes to cut my fringe while the other client waited for the product on her hair. BASICALLY she said she was busy but she wasn’t ?

I prefer to go to the Hair Experience over any other salon. Lisa has always given me great service, while providing excellent haircuts as well as highlites. She has been doing my hair for over 10 years and I refer my friends to her.
