I asked my husband to check my two boys in. When we got here there was a woman standing in the way, one of the stylists said they would check us in. We were in the store waiting for quite some time and there were multiple people that were taken before my boys despite us being checked in and being in the store. They were very slow and very unfair! My boys just need hair cuts and we even avoid getting a wash to get in and get out. I was very unimpressed!

Came on a Wednesday at 330. Facility was closed and suppose to be open til 8. This is the 3rd time I have attempted to get my hair cut here and always closed before hours posted!
