I love the Seattle Sutton food. I lost a lot of weight on the 1200 calorie plan. I go to the one in Wheaton and the owner there is Tom and he is wonderful and has a very pleasant personality. Tom will answer all your questions and is always willing to spend as much time as you need to help you.
