I had a membership at the Wheaton facility. My father got ill and I was taking care of him full time. I sent in a letter to cancel my membership life got busy and not paying much attention. When my dad passed I moved to Michigan when transferring accounts to my amazement I was still paying on my membership 1 year after first letter went on line was told I had to cone in(not possible being in MI) so sent another letter to facility still continued to take my money sent another letter you guessed it still taking my money. A letter to facility in Wheaton" I have not used this membership since before covid I am sure they can verify this information. I have been sending letters since 2021. All I want is the membership canceled. I finally let the bank account in Illinois run down. On the advise of my attorney I am going to be sending my letter certified we shall see what happens. I will never get another planet fitness membership again. I have family members after seeing what I am going through considering canceling theirs also.

I frequently come to this gym to workout because it is less crowded than let’s say the Naperville location.
Clean facility with all new equipment for use!
Only bummer is the black card membership has gone up to 24.99 from 19.99 per month.
Still not a bad price to pay for two people per month.

24/7, the gym is kept at a nice cool temperature, and the staff are friendly. There is a lot of equipment, especially on the cardio side.

Clean and friendly staff. They are truly open 24/7! Showers and locker room was also in great shape.

Like this gym a lot but today I noticed something that is very dangerous and just a law suit waiting to happen. They replaced the missing carabiner with Keychains. In no freaking way is this safe i tooka bunch of pictures but i cant post them for aome reason. Do better guys

Guy who works mornings disappears gone for hours on end its like hes not even working. Can never use the massage beds because of it. If it keeps up I will be canceling my membership ???

Planet Fitness Manager is on a Power Trip.
I was in the lobby responding to a work text message and an employee named Adam came up to me and said I needed to scan in, was kind of awkward and the employee said it was a just a formality... I didn't really think twice about it until a week later the same employee came up to me middle of a workout and asked me to stop working out so loudly... I was not working out loudly, the whole thing felt very much like a power trip and made me feel that I was being singled out. Moreover, I went to go complain to the manger, I found out Adam (the employee) was the manager -- Since then I cancelled my membership and have gone to VASA.

Is a great place I go at night because that’s the only time I can. The only thing is you guys need a bach to get in is just open and anyone can get in . I was there last week and some people got and did not work out just enter to eat and sleep . You need more security on your place specifically if a lady goes in and is just open for any person I pay my membership for you to just disrespect us like that that let anybody go in…

Overall good and I like it, but it is not kept as clean as other pf s around the country. Bathrooms ew. I let mgt. know today they have a mold problem in their hydro beds. You smell it as soon as turn the machine on. I’ll be seeing how long it takes them to address it.
