I received a quote of $300 for a 10 white long-stem rose bridal bouquet at Philip's, WOW. After exploring other options, I found another florist who offered the same service, including reflexing the roses with a white ribbon, for $70*. If you're a bride on a budget, it might be helpful to know that ANY bridal bouquets at this Philip's start at $300..
**3 stars because the representative I spoke with was very nice. I was hoping to discuss the price since the bouquet I wanted was fairly simple. However, during our conversation, the owner or manager, who was nearby, stepped in. They seemed a bit irritated by my request to show the boquey and negotiate. She responded in a way that felt dismissive, stating, "Yeah, that's going to start at $300." I thanked them and decided to leave. ✌️
Updated after posting* $300 was the starting rate for bridal boquets when i asked. NEVER did the owner or rep mention the $100 hand held boquet. 1 star now* Thanks!

We are fortunate to have such a well established florist, Phillips Flowers & Gifts, conveniently located in south Wheaton on Butterfield Road. Turns out the original store opened in 1923, 101 years ago on Cermak Road in Cicero, IL!
The manager, Kim, and her staff have always tried to accommodate customers requests when I've been in the store. One can't help but smile walking through it with so many charming plants and gift items on display!
I had the good fortune of recently working with their youngest florist, Julia, who did an outstanding job transplanting one overgrown plant into three beautiful ones! ?
This is definitely a Five star shop where everyone strives to do their best even during holiday peak times when there can be challenges with wholesale suppliers. So glad Phillips has a Wheaton location!

My husband surprised me with a beautiful bouquet, but the details pertaining to service and quality of the flowers were unfortunately disheartening. My husband communicated that they were extremely rude and unaccommodating. He’s a compassionate and patient man, so when he’s bothered and says he had poor customer service it’s a big deal. My flowers were received on Mother’s Day and were drooping upon receipt. They were NOT freshly cut. A day later the peony was white instead of pink and no plant food was provided. Sad to say I wasn’t able to enjoy them. Even Meijers provides plant food! It’s ashamed that we spend our hard earned money on things to honor and delight our loved ones and businesses don’t reciprocate common courtesy! We will not be returning.

We were in a hurry to get a small flower arrangement on a Saturday morning and we were there 5 minutes before opening. I peaked inside and saw a lady moving around.....I got back into my car and decided to wait for a few minutes to open but when the clock hit 8:30AM, nobody showed up to open the door. I know she was aware that I was outside waiting for her as I tried to get in before and it was locked, but I guess everybody has their own way of doing business and helping/serving out customers.
We left.....great customer service (thumb down)

The people here are always pleasant and helpful. The flowers are very good for selection and lasting long. I am never disappointed. I use this Store a minimum of 3x/year, for at least the last ten years. 30 good experiences.

I live i California and order flowers for my mother in Glen Ellyn three times a year. Mom always loves them and pics sent back look great. Their delivery guy is great and helps Mom set the up. She's 97. I get the same woman on the phone each time and she is is so friendly and helpful. I order directly from the shop not thru a service like FTD.

Went in early morning to see if I can have a floral cross done. I was told it was not able to be done same day and same day delivery which was understandable. Ordered floral baskets instead. About two hours later they called back saying it can be done and be delivered. I was so so so happy! I ordered the floral cross and the baskets! I am beyond happy and I’m sure grandma was happy with her cross for her funeral as well!Thank you again so much! Very beautiful.
