I enter the O'Reilly store in Wheaton to get a refund on a gauge Artic refrigerant. I had explain to the cashier Thinmi why I was returning the item, cause my husband wasn't sure on how to use the gauge for my 2013 Chevy black Malibu. Thinmi and Donald asked if I would like for the both of them to take a look at my vehicle,. I replied sure , Thinmi was able to get my A/C working again. I was so happy and pleased Thinmi fix my A/C witin 10mins. Donald and Thinmi offer to check my oil level . My oil level was fine. The two gentleman was so patient and pleasant in helping a customer . They both deserve employee of the month for great customer service. They both went above and beyond. You now have a value customer that will continue to shop for all auto parts for my 2013 Chevy MalibuThank You! Thinmi and Donald for aweosme service.

Had some battery issues. Guy came out in the cold and tested the battery and the starter. Stated it was healthy and no need to buy a new one. Guy couldn’t have been friendlier.

Came to O’Reilly’s yesterday to buy a new alternator for my car. The lady who tested my battery said that if we brought the old one back, we would be refunded $40 and we didn’t need the receipt. After installing the new alternator after needing a tow truck, we brought back the old one. I was going to buy windshield wiper fluid. The young man working the register looks at my boyfriend and I and asked us for the receipt with an awkward smile like we were stupid. First of all, not only did you come out to jump my car after we bought the new alternator, but the lady who came out said we didn’t need it. Then the employee said we would only be refunded $20. After my boyfriend said the lady who came out said $40 would be refunded, he did it then. Needless to say, after that, I said no I won’t be buying windshield wiper fluid. I’ll take my business to AutoZone across the street. Last time I shop at O’Reillys!

I had a great experience this afternoon with a very kind man named AL. My wipers were completely shredded and my daughter and I walked in and Al found us the least expensive set of wiper blades, then came out in the freezing cold to replace them for us, all within minutes. To be honest I had no idea how I was going to change them, so was extremely appreciative. Thank you so much AL, you made our day :)

I was in a jam and they had much better customer service than autozone across the street and were willing and able to drop the part off at my mechanic. I would really recommend them over the other nearby competitors.
