I visited the store for the first time this evening, and I was blown away! After over 10 years of struggling with flat feet, foot pain, and back issues, I finally decided to check it out.
Nolan, our associate, was fantastic. He performed a thorough foot scan for both me and my husband, tailoring the shoe selections perfectly to our needs. He also helped me find insoles today and helped me ordered a different color shoe for me, and allowing me to pay when I pick them up.
Nolan even found a great pair of shoes for my husband, who has extra-wide feet and often struggles to find comfort. Now that I’m walking dogs more in the neighborhood, I can’t thank him enough! I’ll definitely be recommending this store to everyone!

I've been wanting to get back into running, and knew I needed some good shoes. Erin was so helpful in working with me to find the perfect pair. I've been running on them for about a month now and am very pleased. I had a super positive experience and will 100% be coming back.

I am not a power athlete, but I do walk and exercise a lot, and have a few miscellaneous foot related issues. I visited to see if they could help me out with a new pair of shoes. They were excellent lots of customized attention two or three suggestions right off, all of which were good. I selected the one I like the most. I've been using them for 6 months now and they are great. I highly recommend it. There's parking right next to the store so no worries there. If you have wheels or mobility issues, this might not be easily accessible at least from the front.

John, Julian, and Jake (three guys working in two separate stores) worked their butts off to get me into the right pair of shoes. It took a couple of tries, but John gave my foot pain more attention than any other salesperson ever has. He helped brainstorm creative solutions, switching out insert-shoe combinations and letting me try each new set-up for a couple of days. I eventually landed on a pair "no drop" Altra's that have given my toes the space they needed. The foot pain is going down and I feel a lot of relief. I can't recommend them enough.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well as super friendly. Explained exactly what was going on with my feet (overpronation) and recommended several different options not just the most expensive one.

My wife and I have been buying shoes here for years. I have had several different people help me and they have all been friendly, professional and personalized in their approach. This is simply one of the best retail experiences. Cannot recommended highly enough. The product knowledge is beyond. Ask for their professional fitting experience.
