My family and I had a terrible experience with Judy. I would never go back to a store where they allow people like Judy to yell at a 2yr old for trying on shoes. It was so out of line for her to scoldmy child when I was standing right next to her. I also can’t help but wonder if my family was white if our experience would have been different. I’m sure store management will tell you different because admitting to racism, especially involving children, is never easy and much better swept under the rug.

We went to Mirabelli shoes yesterday because we had a great experience last summer in the shoe store. Going on vacation soon and wanting to have a supportive activewear shoe. The ladies at the store were great and I think it was Judy that helped me she showed me the difference between the two most supportive Athletic wear shoes and I must've tried on 15+ shoes. The interesting thing was I have not had my feet measured for a very long time probably since I was a child, and by having them measured, I found out that 1 foot is a half size larger than the other, which I guess is common, since we're not perfectly symmetrical. It was a hard decision because they had so many great shoes. I ended up getting the pair that I thought was First Choice for me but also getting information for the future if I want to buy more shoes. The store was bright and clean and well Stocked showing off all the shoes. I met a lady who had a brace like my mothers and we shared information so I know this shoe store caters to people that have special needs with their shoes. It's hard when you have an issue with your feet you can't just go in and buy any issue anywhere and expect it to work, once again, an awesome experience and well worth the value of the shoe. She gave me lots of tips in wearing my shoes and just wearing any shoes in general down to earth and professional. Looks like I'll be shopping here from now on when I need a pair of shoes. The downtown part of Glen Ellyn is a really cute shopping area with lots of cute boutique shops, and great restaurants you could make a day of it. Thanks for a great experience and a great shoe.

This place is amazing, carrying higher brands of stylish and sporting shoes that are less typically found in American clothing stores. …Think higher quality and longer lasting. The African America fellow Artese who works there is the best guy shoe salesman I have EVER encountered. Loved my experience with him. Authentically personal and helpful to the nines.If you aren’t into paying a little more for better quality, reconsider, and give this place a try, AND you might also find a deal on something for seasonal clearance.I have some arch/plantar facitous that the Ecco brand shoes I bought are addressing very well. I feel more stable and upright in them. I’ll be saving up for another pair.(Lastly, some free encouragement Artese kindly gave me has affected a close relationship for the better. That’s well beyond just a pair of quality shoes. Thank you, for real.)

Went in to find comfortable shoes for work.They are very knowledgeable and helpful about the shoes that they sell. Hokas are the way to go.

This is my go-to place for shoes. Judy is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I bought these brown boots and returned a week later to buy them in black. Even though my size wasn't available at the Wheaton location, Judy contacted their other store with success. The selection does not disappoint. The sales staff is exceptional!

So many cute and comfortable shoes whenever I stop in. And customer service is always wonderful. Artese helped me there today. So funny and engaging and helpful. I am so glad I stopped in after lunch, as I also found an adorable pair of sandals on sale. (I saw a few others calling my name too!)

Went there in the town of Wheaton where I've lived for 21 years. Never been but thought I could get some customer service for my wife for whom I am now caregiver. It was the right thing to do. We got some new walking shoes and a couple pairs of socks and wore them right out of the store. The young gentleman who took care of us was very upbeat and quite helpful made the whole thing very easy. I recommend them.

I loved the shoes I bought before with an elderly lady excellent customer service and was excited to buy a few pairs for my family. But when I went today it was a complete change. I was not greeted upon entering even though I greeted them as I entered. All employees ran to the back and I was just stared down by a lady in black dress as she left to the back. When finally someone came to help it went down hill from there. She was stubborn with us and repeatedly said she will not sale us the requested shoes. I know my feet and I know if the shoes I pick are comfortable or not. I do not appreciate anyone shoving their opinion or denying us service. Left completely enrage by the way me and my family were treated.

Cute shoe store! The window displays drew me in, as I spotted lots of brands that I knew in the window. They have a really nice selection of formal and casual shoes, as well as slippers. I was excited to see that they had Ugg products in stock, too, which definitely come in handy during the winter.
