I've been going here for about 7 years. Over the pandemic they changed their entire setup and lost all their staff that had been there for years. Now there is a ton of turnover and they can't seem to provide services or any continuity of care. The people don't care and won't help. They also gave my friend services for a year with a payment agreement on a sliding scale, and sent a bill for thousands after a year. Go somewhere else if it is an option for you.

Metropolitan Family Services DuPage is a fantastic organization. The purse donation drive is a awesome initiative. Getting involved with a neighborhood resource is the influence Metropolitan Family Services DuPage evokes. Big fan.

Unhelpful and misleading. They told me if my insurance wouldn't cover for services they could instead offer me a sliding fee. After they discovered my insurance wouldn't cover for their program they then said they could not offer any service to me. I asked about the sliding fee to which they replied 'we never mentioned that'. Don't offer something you cannot keep in the first place. It's unhelpful and frustrating. They clearly don't care about anyone's situation even if they are in crisis.

Sending out acceptance letters on “accident” to parents who really need these services is a really horrible thing to do.

Receptionist is sweet. Love seeing Dr. Jamal Has a little playroom for the kids while you are waiting. Need appointments and always very booked. Was hard to get into but got easier once you get into routine
