We have used this pharmacy for 10 years. Very reliable with knowledgeable pharmacists.

Where is the live band that use to play at the piano here. Also the employees are rude and weird. Last but not least some of the food is gross.

Wow, Wheaton's Mariano's store has gone downhill. No more listening to the player piano as the chef prepares a selection of meat or fish while you shop. Now, the store has overpriced produce with mold on the shelves (milk & oJ/tea)-so nasty. There were already-eaten food samples (fruit in a Dixie cup) left on the shelf in the bread aisle. Clutter everywhere: large bins full of hot wheels in the middle of the bread aisle and at an end-cap, making it difficult to navigate (walking around the bins & shelves without a cart, let-alone with a shopping cart). Large palates completely Saran wrapped left in the middle of the back aisle by the milk, nobody unloading. At checkout, only 1 person working a register. With 3 workers standing around the self-checkout; lines of customers waiting to check out. When my husband and I got to a self-checkout, the screen had something dripping down it and dirt/debris all around the floor.Happy to be out of there, wash my hands with zero plans to shop there any time soon. Yuck :(

I am giving this store 4 stars because I worked there part time and the Store Director was friendly and well adjusted. The co workers were friendly and the store was clean and organized. I am now a customer.

Ahh, I have shopped at four competitor stores for curbside pickup and this is by far the worse experience ever. 1. Five items were out of stock. Not one, but five. Like who manages the inventory here? 2. I used a card online to pay. I get to the store not properly dressed for public appearances and AFTER the employees loaded my card, the girl tells me that I HAVE to come into the store to pay because she didnt feel comfortable taking my card to pay? Huh? My card was used on the website like all other stores I shop at. I should have told her to take everything back, but i was already there and so I sauntered in with a sore knee, hip and lower back dressed not to impress. Needless to say, i won't be shopping here again due to poor inventory and a huge inconvenience. Learn from your competitors Mariano's. It's too many around this store to be loyal.

Mediocre kombucha selection and the two rotisserie chickens I bought were blackened and tough, even the dark meat.

This a great store. It is kept very clean, well-organized, and has a good layout. The employees are all nice and helpful. Has a public restroom that is spotless and clean. Store was full stacked on everything from quick vegan snacks to real preserved food ready for your lunch! Prices mostly okay but could be a bit high for some of the items! it's quick and easy and convenient to get what you need and go it's well stocked so everything I've ever had to look for is always there and I really enjoy it! The freshest most beautiful looking vegetables and fruit I have seen yet in my area. Overall highly recommend this Mariano's for any of your supermarket needs!

I have been told that the cart person was caught taking pictures of women in their parking lot...the Union saved his job. Women please be careful going to and from your cars in this Marianos store!

This was the second year I ordered custom kid birthday cake at Mariano's in Wheaton. The decorator, Magali, did a great job. Nowadays, the cake decorator is not allowed to decorate cakes with Disney characters or superheroes, but she still did a great job with other designs. Since Kroger took over, I can't even order a color whipped cream cake, I can only get white whip cream cakes. Magali was so patient, and really nice. I requested for some changes on the cake when I picked it up, and she pleasantly made the changes without any problem. The cake also tasted so good. She made the day for one very happy birthday boy. Here is a picture of the cake, I added the action figure on the cake. Thank you Magali!

No more Mariano's for me... Taking away liberties from employees is not good business practice!

I was shopping Sunday morning. Giving stores because employees were not wearing masks over nose and several customers has no masks at all. If all retail establishments hace signs on their doors that state:"No short, no shoes, service", what's the difference in stating: "No mask, no service:?

I went to this pharmacy yesterday for the first time, as we are new to the area. It was 2:00pm and looked like the windows were closed but there were a few people inside. I went around to the side and kindly asked if they were open. A woman was sitting in a chair eating with her back to me, never even bothered to turn around and said "no, we are closed for lunch". Extremely RUDE. I called my doctor and had my rx changed to a different pharmacy.

We have had amazing customer service experiences at this Mariano's here at Wheaton! An employee that has a major impact on that is RICK at the Meat Department! He makes us feel very welcomed and knows what he's doing! He always makes sure were very satisfied as customers! He is an amazing cook! We have gone to other locations and we are very unsatisfied with the customer service and result of the grilling! He is the best cook we have seen! We even went to the extent of leaving a personal review with Ryan at the Customer Service Department! We need more employees like that, that makes a difference and impacts our lives! We also always end up buying more groceries because he makes it such a positive and great environment! Keep up the amazing work RICK!!

This is the second time I've bought alcohol in the self-pay section and each time (unlike every other grocery-drug store-liquor store) these people insist on knowing my birthday. I'm a grand-father. Today's punk-idiot-savant comes over and says, "ID". I tell him I don't have one. "DOB". With a mask on, I'm not sure what he's saying, so I say, "Are you asking me for my date of birth? Is that too hard to say and you can only ask for an abbreviation?" Duh. These people are insulting and their management is stupid.
