After relocating to the west suburbs, I was in search of a new salon. Fortunately, M&Co was highly recommended by a neighbor, and I couldn't be more pleased with the recommendation! Scheduling appointments is flexible and easy. Coco, my stylist, worked wonders with new extensions and fresh lowlights and highlights, leaving me thrilled with the results. The salon boasts a serene, clean, and inviting atmosphere, adding to the overall experience. Since switching to M&Co, I can confidently say that I'm enjoying some of my best hair days yet!

Soo extremely happy with my hair! Stephanie listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations! Amazing cut and colorist! The salon is beautifully decorated and uses Davines products (which smell amazing). If you are looking for a grade A experience I highly recommend Stephanie at M+CO

Molly is AMAZING! She works magic on my curly hair! She is patient, always willing to answer questions, and listens to what I want. I’ve had so many terrible experiences with stylists not understanding what to do with my curly hair, but Molly is finally someone I can trust with my hair. I will follow her wherever she goes!

Beyond obsessed with my hair color! It’s the most perfect lived in brunette you can imagine. Charli is the BEST. She’s hilarious, kind, and she knows her stuff. Just let her do her thing and I swear you’ll be obsessed! She recommended Ally for a cut and couldn’t be happier, she listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. The entire vibe of the salon is warm, welcoming, and trendy AF. Cannot wait for my next appointment at M+Co! Thank you again!

I recently went to M & Co to get a curly haircut from Molly for the first time. When I sat in the chair I explained to Molly that I have never gotten a curly haircut and asked if she could educate me a bit on the process. The first thing she talked about were the products the salon sells and how great they are (first red flag to me). I told her that I am trying to embrace my wavy/curly hair but do like to wear it straight a few times a month. She instantly told me I shouldn't be doing that but then back peddled and reassured me that it will look fine straight. I wanted to trust the process but had a pit in my gut.I understand that curly haircuts are cut dry and per curl pattern. I was surprised that she didn't check her work to ensure any of the cut was even. When she was done, I could tell my hair had more product than I would put in. Still, trusting the process I decided to go home and style it how I would.I washed my hair immediately and after putting the curl product (that I bought from the salon) in and diffusing it, I could tell that one side was longer than the other. The next day I decided to wash and straighten my hair. I cannot begin to describe how uneven my haircut is and how the layering has left "gaps" at the end of my long layers.While I understand this was a cut for curly hair and it doesn't follow the exact process as a regular cut - I am beyond disappointed in my cut and overall experience with Molly.I have tried to allow myself time to adjust to this cut but am finding myself scheduling an appointment elsewhere to get it fixed. I did end up returning the products I purchased. Overall it was a waste of time, money, and a chunk of my self-esteem.

Molly is simply THE BEST person for anyone with curly hair. My hair feels so light and my curls are super bouncy and healthy. She helps educate you on your curls, too! She’s warm and very friendly, you’ll have a great time.

I saw Coco Bernardi for a cut and highlights today. I am so impressed and love my hair. Took about 2" off and it is such a gorgeous cut. I didn't have a ton of direction, but she just got it. I also was on a timeline and she got me cut, dyed and curled with a few minutes to spare! Gorgeous work and she's so kind!
