Aaron was kind and patient as we picked up new lenses for Mom today. He answered her questions fully as she was concerned about what Medicare may cover and if billing was correct. Additionally, I happened to have an issue with my glasses—not purchased from LensCrafters—and he graciously offered to help. Two happy ladies walking out the door today!

I came here thinking my favorite glasses that I've worn for the past five years were broken beyond repair. Aaron completely fixed them with new screws and gave me the old ones just in case I needed to replace them again. He is very kind and knowledgeable and I am so greatful I came here!

Aimee was wonderful, just amazing! She was patient with me while picking frames and helped me through the whole process. The woman who did my exam at the beginning (before seeing the dr) was so funny and so kind and explained everything. The exam with Dr Losurdo was very thorough and I really appreciate that he always goes the extra mile to make sure I'm leaving LensCrafters with the correct prescription in both glasses and contacts.

Aaron went above and beyond today helping me with my broken sunglasses and with my new glasses that needed to be fitted! He was exceptionally friendly and even offered to help try to fix another pair of my glasses that need to be fixed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Keep up the good work Aaron! I want to give a BIG shoutout to Aaron and Danny for their help repairing my sunglasses. It was my first time in there, and they fixed it on the spot, made my glasses look as good as new, and were so welcoming and kind. If corporate is seeing this, please give them a raise!!!! :) Thank you!!!

Dr Pete and the LensCrafters crew are always awesome. This is the reason i keep coming back. I followed him from Old Orchard mall in Skokie. The drive out here is always worth it for me. Always professional, but fun.

I travel from RTP area of North Carolina to Chicago for five days trip. I forgot bringing my contacts/glasses with me. Going through several eye doctors and seeking no way of getting. out of being desperate.
Hayad and Dr, Arpirut “Pete” did their best to squeeze me into their lunch time. Dr. Arpirut expertise amazed me. He did my prescription perfectly on first try with my multi focal contacts.
I comes from an area with good drs. I would rank Dr,Arpirut as the top. Hayad provided best customer services. I strongly recommend this practice!

I can't remember their names, unfortunately, but we have been lucky to have the same two store associates assist us in the last few times that I have visited the store with either my wife or daughter. The gentleman's name might be Aaron or Andrew(?) and the young woman's name escapes me (sorry!), but they are great! Very knowledgeable of not only products and services, but also with insurance/payment options and advising. I was running behind the other evening and didn't get to this LensCrafters store (Wheaton Town Square plaza) with my daughter as early as I'd hoped. But even though it was close to closing time, we never felt rushed at all, and in fact, the two store associates encouraged us to take our time to make our selection and complete our order, as needed.
