This was my first time needing to purchase larger size clothes. First time at Lane Bryant. After gaining weight from an accident, I needed pants for an upcoming trip. Both sales ladies were very helpful. I left with two pairs of dress pants and stockings. Since finding pants that fit right is a challenge, I'll be coming back here.

Awesome, friendly, but not pushy, staff. The 2 ladies working reminded me I could order online through the store and get free shipping to my home (I think I'll be back for more colors of my new fave work pants i describe below) I came on a Thursday evening, lost track of time looking at the large clearance selection and trying things on. They politely reminded me they close at 8pm but let me finish trying a couple tops. I am so grateful because I loved the last 3 I tried. Their pants come in a thorough variety of styles, fitted jeggings to extra wide legs; from soft ponte style to a nice thick denim; and slim fit, classic fit, and curvy fit available for denim jeans also. I just fell in love with the (new-to-me) 4 season pant - also available in a few styles of fit. I chose the straight leg, mid rise: super comfortable, soft, and they look really classy and professional too! I got 2 pants, 1 jeans, 3 tops for $213 (not including tax) averages to $46 each pant & $25 each top. Great deal!

This is my second time visiting a Lane Bryant. My first time was horrible which was by riverside mall. But today I can definitely say was way better. When i entered the store. I was immediately greeted by your wonderful staff Dakota. She assisted with measuring brought different options made sure I was satisfied. Thank you again!! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Store is so organized and clean. Amazing work ladies!!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at this location. Service was amazing. The associates were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Clean store products were displayed nicely. Greeted as I entered the store. The ladies, who were mother and daughter, helped me find just what I needed.

The manager, Taz, was extremely absolutist and expected me to eat money for shoddy products that ripped the 1st time I wore them just because they were intimate apparel. 15 years I've been shopping at Lane Bryant and not once have I been denied a refund for a pair of underwear that ripped the 1st time I wore them. She even had the audacity to essentially accuse me of lying regarding the pair of underwear that I did not wear but started to try on ( too small). Simply because it had some dust on it, she decided it was worn.She tried to say that returning shotty but worn underwear has never happened in the 6 years she's been there but that's not true because years ago a manager directed her to go ahead and make the return to me. Memories can be short when it serves a purpose of denial of good customer service.When I called the customer service line he gave me a credit for all of it. And I explained to him that I understand the policy and for standard returns that makes sense but for shoddy products you should still be able to return it if it rips the 1st time you wear it. The customer service line retained me as a customer but I will simply not allow a woman like Taz to treat me with such disrespect again.I have been a loyal customer of lane Bryant for more than 25 years and this particular location 15. But I will not step foot in that lane Bryant again because of how she treated me.It's sad too because this location is so convenient and now I will have to drive way out of my way in order to make returns or purchases. If you're in Wheaton, avoid the store buy online or go to somewhere else.

I recently visited Lane Bryant and had a wonderful experience. The sales lady was very friendly and helpful. And she was very patient with me. Large selection for plus size women. All my ladies with curves check it out major holiday sales.
