The process from beginning through listing, showings and closing was very professional. Lance, Don and their entire team were always available to assist with questions and concerns. They listened and provided support during the sales process, which is not one most of experience very often.

Where does one begin when they have experienced the extraordinary - I'll start at the beginning. I had been given the responsibility to sell my parents' home after 35 years of the home being built from the ground up in the village of Carol Stream. This home not only provided for our family, but it also provided for friends, loved ones, and anyone that was welcomed across the threshold. Grandchildren came along over the years and others moved on to other areas - however this was not a house, but a home.
Fast-forward, after reviewing Brokers and Realtors in the area, along with several recommendations, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lance Kammes with the RE/MAX Suburban to talk about how our family home would move to the next family looking to create their own slice of heaven. Mr. Kammes provided incredible insight into the market, options available to me, and strategies to consider that would deliver the results that we were looking to achieve. His professionalism and salesmanship were done with the care of an educator and one of kindness and thoughtful consideration in taking the next steps for our family home. I knew at the end of our consultation and conversation that Mr. Kammes was the one to help us achieve the sale of the home. A few days go by, the house was prepared for the photos, the marketing of the home was discussed, and expectations were set - we were ready to list the house on the market for viewing and what we hoped might be a few offers to consider.
Little did we know that in less than 24-hours, multiple showings were taking place, multiple offers were coming in, and more of the same on the way. Over the next few days, the momentum did not stop, and it was time to discuss our strategic plan and make some decisions. After several questions on my part, and incredible guidance by Mr. Kammes, decisions were made, and an offer was accepted - and accepted well above asking price and with terms better than what I could have hoped for. Mr. Kammes truly delivered on his word, and we selected the best offer that we could have received. Did I mention that this all transpired within 4 days of listing the home - The home was sold! Per the incredible terms that Mr. Kammes negotiated on our behalf, we closed on the sale of the home within 21 days of accepting the offer which was well above asking price, and the new owners were a lovely family just starting their journey with little ones of their own that would grow and flourish there in the home that my parents built so many years prior.
What an incredible experience this has been working with Mr. Lance Kammes and his unbelievable team of professionals. Each person that assisted in the process, in providing support, and helping with the deliverables was beyond incredible. They truly are the best team in the area and the whole greater Chicagoland.

My wife and I cannot say enough positive things about Lance & his extended team. Lance is a *real pro*, KNOWS the market, knows market CONDITIONS and TIMING. I especially appreciated his quick wit and sense of humor but at the same time how he is professional in *EVERYTHING* he does. Lance was patient and continued to communicate with us while we were deciding if we were going sell our home. Once we did decide, he was knowledgeable of the market at the time. He believed we could get a higher price than we personally thought, and we ended up getting over asking! His team worked smoothly throughout the whole process. Usually selling your home is stressful, but not with this team! We definitely recommend Lance.

There is a reason Lance and his team are #1. They are just so good! "Energetic" is a good one-word descriptor for Lance and everyone we worked with. From our initial interview, Lance showed that he understood the market, appreciated our home's position in that market, and would use all his experience and expertise to get our home sold quickly and at a good price.In all fairness, Lance did say we had a great product to sell, i.e., a completely remodeled ranch home in a desirable neighborhood, a home he described as, "warm and rich." Given that, we just don't see how anyone could have worked any harder or done more to attract buyers.Lance started by contacting his team's list of buyers who were looking. Then, he placed our home on the Private Network. We began showing immediately. By the time we got to actual listing on the MLS, we had over thirty showings and six offers. Our home was on the MLS for one day and we accepted an all-cash, no contingency offer 13% above our asking price. Of course, you may have a different experience depending on what you have to sell and where it is. Maybe our outcome was just exceptional. Regardless, we were totally pleased with our choice of Realtors and believe you will have your best shot with Lance and his team.

Lance Kammes is the best Real Estate professional you could possibly partner with. Very organized, responsive and a clear, concise communicator - and he also has a great reputation. He has helped us with our last two home purchases In Wheaton and worked in partnership with us every step of the way - both purchases have have gone smoothly (we got the house we wanted at the price we wanted) and he was fantastic to work with!
