I came into Koi Nail Spa and Hanna fixed my nails and did such an amazing job they look like they are natural!! Carol did my pedicure and I swear it was the best massage and treatment I got!! Yan did a design on my toenail and they all were so professional and polite! I will definitely be back!!

I cannot express enough how much I adore this nail salon! From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with the warmest smiles and genuine kindness from every single person on staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that I not only get the exact nail design I envision but also leave feeling truly pampered and cared for.
The level of service here is unmatched. The staff pays close attention to detail, making sure to listen carefully to my preferences and preferences, ensuring that every manicure and pedicure exceeds my expectations. Not to mention, the atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing, it’s truly a sanctuary for self-care.
Whether I’m in the mood for a classic French manicure or something bold and trendy, they always have the perfect shade and texture to choose from. The fact that they offer such a wide variety speaks volumes about their dedication to meeting every client’s needs and preferences.
Yan and Hannah deserve a special mention in this review because they are absolutely the sweetest and encourage me to get designs!

No tweezers to do lashes but you booked me for 10:30am how does that even happen . I do not recommend this place at all because this is not acceptable

horrible sanitation. they will drop stuff and still use it. will not sanitize tools in between customers: there was skin that wasn’t mine in the cuticle clippers before she used them on me. don’t go here

I would grade my experience as a 79/100 this last visit. I booked a 12pm appointment with Cindy at least 2 weeks in advance and… she just didn’t bother to come in.
So I arrived and 2 other girls arrived soon after saying they’d called same day for two 12pm pedicure appointments. Only one employee was working. Yan is that employee.
YAN has to be some sort of miracle worker. Although I did wait have to wait 40 minutes to begin soaking while she serviced the other two girls, she truly did make up for it with her EXCELLENT pedicure. Amazing. The pedicure was a solid 9.5/10.
They lost points during this visit for 1. The wait. 2. Me not getting the tech I scheduled with. And 3. The manicure. I received a dip manicure and although it looks good (solid 9/10), getting it done was a bit of a struggle. She was a little rough with the drill on the cuticles for my fingers. I understand she wanted them to look as CLEAN as possible but she did nick me a few times and a couple of my cuticles felt a little raw after my services were completed. For this reason I cut my usual $30+ tip down to $15.
I’m sure I will return in the future. I just hope they take these reviews to heart and make an effort to be a tad bit better. Because in the past they would’ve gotten 100/100 easily. Let’s get back to that ?

The entire staff is so cheery and happy!! Ever since the new management has taken over, I feel a sudden spark and truly makes me happy to see everyone’s happy faces to provide me with excellent service. You will not be disappointed, they do my nails so good EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. yes, you heard that right. Thank you @ Koi Nail Spa!!

My family has been coming here for years. They’ve switched management 3 times. Most recently the no chip has been chipping in 2 days. They’re so concerned about you leaving a tip but they rush your service. After speaking with the manager Taura, and her telling me if my husband didn’t return within 2 days to get the no chip fixed, it’s not her problem. My husband got a clear no chip on Saturday evening and was on a flight for his 1 week business trip on Monday. It’s not her problem though! To make matters more interesting, she did his no chip 3 weeks prior and it chipped. They have lost loyal customers and great tippers.
