I would highly consider using a different vendor. K&BA's return process is exteremely antiquated/delayed and customer service call center isn't much better.

10/5/23 order placed via website. Website showed all 3 items in stock and available to ship. Received auto email confirmation that order was received. Order total $3129.75 10/13/23 received email that vanity was back ordered and would not ship for another month plus so we removed it from the order bringing our total to $2282.60 10/12/23 receive email that the mirror must ship from another location and would incur and additional $246 charge which we approved. 10/18/23 received email stating items had shipped. 10/24/23 called and spoke with Taylor and was told the medicine cabinet had not been picked up by the carrier and that she would call me on 10/25/23 to confirm that it had been picked up. 10/31/23 called since I had not received any follow up and again was told that the medicine cabinet was on their dock for pick up. Asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor and was just left on hold. Company took absolutely no responsibility for their lack of service and management of the order

When ordering a $1100 shower system in early August 2020, I was informed that one piece would arrive the subsequent week. When the package arrived I was missing 4 more unexpected pieces including the trim. I was told this would come two weeks later now.Then another two weeksThen a month.Now over 3 months later I am still waiting. I have been told tentatively i would receive these pieces in late December.Their only solution: I cannot return anything and they will provide me with a different model that will force you buy further attachments.I've asked numerous times to talk to managers along this journey and was actually told "they aren't going to tell you anything new"I would avoid business with them at all costs.

HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a toilet. It arrived broken. They sent a replacement. My plumber could not come out for a few days. When he arrived and opened the box, the replacement was broken as well. I called KB Authority and was told that because I didn't open the box within two days that they would not honor their product. They told me that my only option was to buy a new toilet and they would not replace or refund. Horrible, Horrible company.

I ordered an 84” vanity from KBA that arrived damaged. The policy stated that if the box that the product came in wasn’t damaged to accept the delivery. This order consisted of three boxes - two 48” vanity bases and an 84” vanity top. We followed the policy as the boxes were not damaged and accepted the three pieces. When we opened the vanity top box the vanity top was completely cracked. The VP of Sales for the company promised in writing to refund me the full amount of $2179. He requested that I take a video of the vanity basesto be sure they weren’t damaged. He replied that the vanity bases looked good.Then he requested we box the vanity pieces and place it in on shipping pallet so it could be picked up. We did that as well as an additional cost to us. Then he ghosted me. After repeated emails he finally replied that he could no longer honor his commitment to provide us with a refund. This is a scam organization, unprofessional and completely unresponsive. Do NOT do business with this company. I have every correspondence between myself and the VP of Sales which I will use as we form a case against KBA.

I purchased a Hutch top and base through KBA. It was the worst experience I ever had. No communication from them on my order for about a month though my order was paid in full. 26 days later when I finally got answers they told me they couldn't get product I ordered. They then did the exact opposite of what I asked and credited my money back to the credit card which I already paid off because it had been a month since original transaction. Now I have to wait until the overpayment posts to call my credit card company to get a refund check sent from them. So my $ 2,667.47 was with KBA for almost a month now in limbo for additional time until I receive a refund. The worst staff as far as email and phone communication Not a very professional company in my opinion I personally will steer clear of doing business with them ever again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a water unit and was ent a defective item. I understand things happen but the way this company has handle the refund is disgusting. They have delayed my refund and keep string me on making excuse about a shipping complain. They can simply refund me the money and wait for the claim. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company, they simply do not care for customer service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!Deceitful practices, they lie constantly and will send you used or returned items claiming that they were new and perfect as they claim falsely they inspect the itens before shipping.The reality is they are having it shipped from third party companies who do resale for the big name makers.Getting your money back on an order will take months as they hope you will drop it , along the way they will lie to you about the status of the return even though you can see through the tracking information that they received it within days of sending it back.If you research them you will see the constant complaints about this and how often they do this.They deceptively advertise great prices and send "seconds or returns" hoping you will keep them.Horrible and deceptive company that will perpetuate lies and make you work to get your back when you realize the what they did .

I ordered an item for almost $1,500 and told delivery would be 6/18. I never received an update from them on the 6/18 on the status of the order. I canceled the order on 6/20. At the time of order, they immediately debited my account. However, now I am being told it will take 7-10 business days to credit my account. This company has basically taken my money for over 6 weeks and will not refund it in a reasonable time 24-48 hours. I strongly recommend that consumers not buy from this company. They are so eager to take your money, but not willing to return it when they cannot fulfill their orders. Do not buy from this company.
