“I have done several cooking classes and this is the first place I have ever been to that does not allow you to take any of your leftovers home. I was severely disappointed. Sur La Table, Pizza Culinary Academy, Webber Grill all allows people to take any left overs home with them. This was very disappointing.
Everything else was great, polite staff, the chef was very personable and knowledgeable and I over all had a great experience. The price seemed to be in line with other classes in the area but again, being denied our leftovers really bothered me.”
“Had a sheet of acrylic that spent 3 days and 11 stores searching for just for it to be a centimeter taller than I needed it to be. Do I have a saw? Yes. Could I have cut it myself? Not sure, wasn't willing to find out. My husband absolutely would have cut it for me had I waited for him to get home, however my attention span and patience typically sends unfinished projects to the garage to die. I've never had THAT great of customer service AND was in and out in under 5 minutes. Now my project was done the day I started it instead of being forgotten in the garage.”

Sales Consultant Rob Dunn kindly greeted us without appointment and showed around. He understood our needs, respected our budget and provided best options. Rob patiently explained product specifications, looked for the right shapes and finishes, valves and connections, kindly showed samples, answered numerous questions and finally put together the best bathroom system for us. We also had a pleasure to interact with store manager Melissa, who helped us finalize the purchase. Thank you! “After 5 rooms in our house were destroyed from a water leak we had a huge rebuild and a lot of tile to purchase. We made several trips to tile stores and got more confused as the project continued. We were at the Aurora Floor and Decor and asked for assistance from Jalen Amison. Jalen suggested that we take down the item numbers of the tiles we were looking at and go home and use the "visualizer" tool on the website. He showed us how to find it/how to use it, favorite tiles, and save projects so we could make an informed decision. He was incredibly patient and helpful. We went home, used the tool, and spent a week going through tiles until we narrowed it down. We returned to the Aurora store to make our final decisions and had a question, my husband went to find Jalen. He helped us that day, for hours, making sure we had the right square footage/ tile amount, grout color, schluter strips, mortar, and worked with us on delivery. When you have stressful and important projects like we did you need someone to keep you focused and provide information and knowledge about materials and products. It was not only helpful having Jalen's expertise but it was also comforting to know that he was available again on our second trip there. He has been nothing but patient, has great rapport with us, walked around with us while we were making decisions, and provided superior customer service.”

Each person I dealt with from Steve Hill, that came out and was so great,to Karen there are not enough good things I can say about her. To Jamie that did the scheduling. Each one was so professional courteous, and helpful. Then the guys Alvaro, Diego, Benjamin and the plumber Darren. These are the best workers we had working for us. This is for sure an A1 company to deal with. We are homeowners for over 40 years and had some bad workers, some ok, but by far Bath fitters is the best.”
“Absolutely love working with them. I have used them on multiple high-end projects but also on projects where I am trying to save money. Their selection is so great so they really can accommodate most budgets. I’m currently working with them on my own house right now and am really impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with. I’ve had nightmare experiences with other countertop companies in the area - these companies can appear to be a little bit cheaper but the quality is not great and the actual installation has not been pretty. Not to mentioned they always seem to tack on additional fees. West Chicago Custom Countertops is patient and if I ever do have issues with the installation, they are always willing to make things right. I can’t recommend West Chicago Custom Countertops enough!”

Chad Fuko - very professional, knew his product thoroughly. Chad took one look at my faucet picture and said “Devonshire - $381.29” I never thought I was going to find my 16-year old faucet. Chad nailed it in 1 minute. Two forms filled out via email, and I had my faucet - and a very happy wife. Doesn’t get any better than that.”
