Was sexually harassed by the produce manager. Contacted corporate and apparently they take their time looking into real issues. I have gotten no response or resolution.

this store becomes more of a disappointment every time I go. they have been out of whole strawberries since tuesday 11/22 .there was only thick cut Oscar Meyer bacon, they have stopped carrying halal chicken, breakstone sour cream, mids spaghetti sauce. A while ago the checkout person would ask if I had found everything I was looking for, they no longer ask, I wonder why. the more times I have to go to one or two other stores to complete my shopping the easier it gets just to avoid jewel altogether.

Solid grocery store, with great selection, prices and beer/wine/liquor. There seems to be a branch on almost every corner, so you'll be close to one wherever you are in Chicagoland.

With so many elderly in the community, it would be nice for certain employees to wear their mask correctly. I always see them wearing them at the front where the managers/team leaders are(who are wonderful), however the people in the meat department or people filling shelves either have no mask or wear it on their chin. I find this absolutely disrespectful, especially when it's in those hours where elderly depend on the bus schedule to shop. if you have the signs saying you r

As stated on your website.. "Throughout this pandemic, the health and safety of everyone who walks through our doors has been our top priority. We require our associates to wear masks, and across a majority of our stores we already require customers to wear face coverings.." Make it a top priority as you say please.

I have been going to this Jewel my entire life and coming back here whenever I visit my family reminds me of why I stayed loyal. Everyone who works here is always so helpful and friendly. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask someone, they'll be more than happy to help. I also really like how clean they keep all the aisles. It makes me want to go home and organize my own kitchen! 5/5, gotta love this Jewel

There is always a wait here, even with no other customers in line. Sometimes one, two, or maybe more, pharmacists are at computers or on the phone while you just stand there and wait. Definitely frustrating. Staff is nice, but perhaps need some coaching on customer service.

Was told yesterday that my prescription would be ready by "tomorrow at 4".... It's tomorrow at 7:40, almost 4 hours after they said it would be ready, and it's still going to take 10 minutes. Hmmm.... Looking for a new pharmacy! UPDATE: apparently there was some kind of mistake, but Rachel was awesome and more than made up for it... Changed from 1 star to 5.

The lady at the pharmacy was so nice and helpful. I should’ve ask for her name. She even offered me to get a vaccine instead of someone that didn’t show up.

In this market are true professionals catering to their customers. They serve with no delay and can perform fast in front of dozens of hungry customers waiting for their turn. Despite hundreds of people lined up every second, the management is implementing the social distancing policy. Also, the Jewel provides a delivery system for local services. For the neighborhood nearby, this market is not only for food goers but for shoppers as well. There are different available stores for goods and products that are closed together for shoppers for easy access.

Times being what they are, it seems reasonable to have a stricter return policy. But when a store chooses to accept no return for any reason and blames the government for their policy, that is lying to the customer. I tried to return a spray can that does not spray, with receipt, for a refund or new item. I was denied the return even for a defective item and was told to "take it up with the Governor of Illinois. " Problem is, it isn't his policy. Other stores are accepting returns for any reason. I offered to take the item out of the store and throw it out if they would just replace it. I was told "no, because we (Jewel) wouldn't get credit for it." So Jewel thinks the customer should bear the cost of a defective product, not them. Ridiculous, but this store has a history of surly employees and non-existent customer service. Shop where a company is reasonable and courteous to their customers.

The lady ( with short hair ) work at the self-checkout station was not nice and being rude with customer when we needed help. She was kind of mad and racism she said not selling food for me is protect herself. Well if that help your business so I would rather go somewhere to buy foods not your store. I used to love Jewel Osco but definitely can't forgive her behavior and the way she talked to me (even though you have a bad or tired day, you shouldn't let those things on your customers).
