Arrived 15min before opening only person there waiting on app to check in. Staff opens door 5 min early, nice and 4 pthers just walkin leaving me with a 30min plus wait. This is second time has occured. What is the point of the app check in!

I have been taking my child to this place for a couple of years now. Only one stylist knows how to cut the hair properly. All others seem to have their arms growing out of the wrong place. If our stylist is not available, my child's hair looks ridiculous 99% of the time. I mean this last time was the absolute worst. Everything was uneven on all sides, every single angle was messed up. I will never take my child back to Great Clips. What a complete shame and a waste of my money and time.

I understand the chatting back and forth with a customer . You are not there to be her counselor. 4 people waiting and silvana is having full conversations and pausing during giving someone a haircut. She stopped cutting hair and literally had a full conversation with her client as multiple people are waiting for a hair cut . From a business sense how does that make sense ? You are cutting down your client base , losing tips . Other hairstylist have started after your client and finished before . We don't want to hear about you using your brothers accounts for streaming services . Do your job . Simple as that . I

Silvana was a phenomenal stylist. I normally go to barbershops as with my hairstyle. I feel like they finish it the best, but I have to tip my hat to her as she’s giving my old barber a run for his money 10 outta 10

I recently visited Great Clips for a haircut and had a wonderful experience. For the first time, the stylist did a fabulous job. I am thoroughly impressed with the service and skill demonstrated. This location and the barber both deserve a 10/10 rating. Highly recommended!”
