Holy cow. I can not speak highly enough of Dana. She provided amazing service. As someone who has not gotten her hair cut for many years because of depression, Dana really changed my day. She really listened to what I wanted and was kind and understanding. I will be going back for services every time! Really enjoyed the haircut she did! She was super friendly, and easy to get along with. Listened to what I wanted with my hair, and did a wonderful job. Only pain was a long drive from the city, but it was worth it, and I will be using her again.

I've been seeing Dana for years. She's done everything from cuts, color, highlights, and extensions for me. She's always been clear in her communication and has saved me from myself many times. I have ideas, pictures, etc but she asks great questions. When I don't understand the term, I ask her... what is that? Just as she wouldn't understand all the terminology in my work, I don't pretend to know all the terminology in her work. If you're not clear, ask. I don't see Dana as often as I should (I live in Chicago) but when I go in... she never scolds me for how bad my hair looks. She has a clear conversation with you and then gets to work. If you do your job as a client, she excels at her job as your stylist. This is a relationship. She even excels if you don't do your job as a client (again, saving me from myself).Services: Haircut

Dana was amazing! She took the time to figure out what I wanted and gave me exactly that! I have very curly hair and my haircut and color was and still is amazing! Loved my experience! 10/10 would recommend!!

I don't usually write reviews, but I have never been so upset!! After spending over$1200 for dreamcatcher extensions and color service I was devastated by this experience. I have cried for days.The extensions didn't match my hair after "correcting" my pretty blonde hair which was now stripped and dry when I wanted to try a new fun pink highlights which is all baby pink now. I have shoulder length hair that was layered and now is thinned out badly. The extensions were not layered into my own hair throughout, but rather all put at base of my scalp and over my ears. I let Dana know how upset I was and she wanted to fix it no charge, but no refunds. There is no way I would let her touch my hair again! Most expensive and painful experience I have ever had!!Services: Hair extensions

I saw Dana for some fun colors !! And oh man did she deliver! Not only was the establishment very clean, she was very professional and on time !Most places you book an appointment and they’re running late and on their phones. Still waiting an hour past your appointment time.. Not here ! The colors we chose were very vibrant bright colors which involved bleaching, I was extremely nervous to bleach my hair since I have only put color into my hair. Dana talked me down and assured me the process will take a couple visits, which I now understand is why ! When pulling color from dark hair, it will need a couple processes to get it light enough for the colors I wanted! I am absolutely in love with my hair and would 100% see Dana again and again ! :) 20 out 10 stars ⭐️ If I could !Thank you for making my hair dreams come true ! When’s our next appointment ? Id post a photo of this review would let me !

AS YOU CAN TELL FROM HER RESPONCES BACK TO HER BAD REVIEWS THIS SALON OWNER DANA denies that she ever makes mistakes! she will never take accountability! she does poor work! Her prices are not fair because when you leave her chair your hair look not look any better.. Sad that she cant take accountability but has to deny it..Please go somewhere else!!! ugh!

Dana was amazing, got me in and got right to work on my cut. I would recommend her for all your hair care needs. Very professional, and shop was very clean. Safety precautions in place for social distancing. Very flexible appointment scheduling. Looking forward to my next appointment

Dana did my hair today. I don’t know if there’s ever been a time I loved my hair more. She is one of the most talented stylists I’ve encountered. She pours her heart into her passion. This is not just a job for her. She does incredible color and does wedding styling. She is a genuine person who deserves to be swamped with clients who love her. My husband told me - he may start a Dana fund for my hair - since I’m so happy with it.

horrible experience. came in wanting highlights and to brighten my blonde left with damaged brittle hair and the color looked NO different if anything darker!! haircut $60 when i just wanted a trim and she gave me a ugly layered cut. she ruined my hair with the horrible color service and haircut. hair still damaged this day. i could totally tell she was rushing on my hair as well and KEPT using her phone. dont waste your time here. i high DO NOT recommend!!!! - 0 stars
