Every time my husband goes in for anything at this branch it's a bad experience. Clerks trying to dbl task, leave our info up on screen for all to see. Clerks not experienced. They change clerks so often. New ones look at our file and call drumming up business. If we want something we will call. We don't appreciate random people looking at our info.Where is our privacy? Hard to trust constant staff changes. How do we know
if that random isn't selling info? As mentioned, hard to trust. We will consider a change as this has gone on too long.

There was a 3 week wait for a replacement debit card, so I closed my account and went to PNC, I received a new account and debit card in 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time or trust with this branch, Go to PNC.
