I’ve never had issues with making appts for my kids in duly peds. But this flu season they denied my sick kids service because I didn’t have my insurance info on hand. They’re honestly going downhill and it’s disappointing.

Went in the afternoon to get blood drawn and while waiting saw this!! Very professional. However, the guy who took my blood was great!

Never sent our labs in after 2 weeks of having the blood draw. Now they want to charge us $1,000 to do the labs again.
