Needed to get a scooter to use following my foot surgery this summer, and Denson Shops Inc. made it incredibly easy to rent one of their products! They billed my insurance company and i simply paid my portion to rent it. The process was simple, the product worked well for my needs, and i will highly recommend their shop to anyone interested in medical equipment. Their staff members, Kendra and Bob, were the 2 we interacted with and they were phenomenal from start to finish. Thank you for making my recovery that much easier!

Kendra and Bob were the best! I had ankle surgery yesterday and was miserable with crutches. Kendra was so knowledgeable with what was needed from my doctor for insurance and made sure I was set up with a knee scooter before the weekend. Thank you for taking care of me!!!

My husband periodically needs oxygen to treat cluster headaches. Bob from Denson Shop has been a tremendous help every time we need it. I think it’s been 3 times over the past 6 years. I recommend Denson highly.

I purchased a hospital bed from Denson's. A couple months later on a holiday weekend it wasn't raising properly and Denson's came out right away to look at it (the problem was operator error). Denson's stood behind their product and delivered exceptional customer service when they could easily have done less. Highly recommended.

I am thankful that the store is there. Medical equipment all-in-one place. That way we don't have to run around here and there looking for. They have been very helpful volunteered help every time I've been there. That's why I give them a 5 star. I very much appreciate Densons.

Visited this shop and the staff could not have been more helpful. The (I think) owner went above and beyond to point me in the right direction. If I ever need anything medical equipment-wise I'll be going back. Great customer service is always remembered.

Not sure why there's so many negative reviews but Kendra is always so sweet and remembers me every time I call (I get oxygen for my special needs dog). I have not had an issue with their customer service, every one is polite and friendly. I appreciate the service they offer!

Had a great experience during this difficult stay at home time. My husband just returned from the hospital and needed to get his walker adjusted to make it safe. Bob was able to make a special trip to stop by an fix it in my garage as not to have to have us leave our home and we could observe social distancing.
