This CVS is possibly the worst. My son needs HRT. His doctor prescribed it for him. This CVS filled it once, and we were elated! Then, they gave us the runaround, telling us insurance wouldn't approve it, for 8 months. 8 months. I legit thought it was an insurance issue and paid for HRT out of pocket for 8 months. We found out today that it was approved, just someone, somewhere, in that CVS, is blocking HRT therapy. Sorry my son had testicular cancer and needs HRT to finish growing. Fill the prescriptions the doctor orders. All our prescriptions are no longer filled with CVS, any CVS. For what it's worth, Jewel filled my son's HRT RX just fine. These people suck. They victimize pediatric cancer patients thinking they're standing against I guess trans. Which? They need their HRT prescribed by doctors too. Anyone getting an RX filled here needs to know that they are unethical and try to stand between a patient and their doctor.

Great CVS for the most part. Pharmacy is great. Sales are pretty good. Used to like waking here when I lived in Wheaton.

Poor customer service by an older gentleman at the front register. He was rude towards me in front of my young child. As a result of the interaction, I immediately returned my purchase. I refuse to give my hard-earned money to businesses who conduct themselves in such manners. I instead went to their competitor across the street, who welcomed me and my child with much better service.

I've been here twice for covid tests and their system is flawless! Make an appt online, drive up, and they'll help you self-administer the test. The next day, you get results, even for a molecular test. They bill your insurance, so there's no charge, as insurance is mandated to cover the test. When I went to urgent care for a test, I ended up paying a $100 copay. Love CVS.

Horribly pharmacist. I wouldn't even go back to get my dogs prescription filled here. My other pharmacist went above and beyond to help with our families needs. Very dissatisfied.

I've been here three times to get a money order & the manager (a man in his 50's) will lie & say the machine is broke but, like he admitted today, he just doesn't know how to print them. So, maybe learn? Waiting for this CVS to close since there's never anyone in there.

Thanks for helping me save money! No I didn't have enough extra bucks to wallpaper a room, I had a very nice pharmacist. After finding out what was causing my eye to hurt so much, I stopped in here to get prescription eye drops. I asked if they were expensive since my eye doctor gave me three choices and he said it would be $40. Now I can't even begin to explain how bad my eye hurt and itched except to say it's like the worst mosquito bite that you just have to scratch, but you can't. Since these drops were my docs first choice, I was willing to pay the $40 so I sat and waited. Then he called me over and asked if I had a phone and told me a website to visit. Then he told me how to fill out the form and suddenly I had a $10 bill instead of $40! You just don't see that happening especially with health care costs. So even though my eye still hurts like a mother, at least I saved a little cash!
