This downtown Wheaton branch is fantastic. I've been so sick of Bank of America locations with huge lines, or other bank locations where you can't do many things there, but this location is huge, has a good old-school feel to it, and there are always plenty of staff members willing to help so there is not a long wait. Most people don't like banks, but my wife and I and our friends love this location. Giant safe deposit box room also.

10 days ago, I went to this Chase branch for my saving account issues. talked to a "Relationship banker " about the matter, the gentleman admitted it was a mistake from the bank and promised to resolve the issue couple of days. However he never called me back even I have left messages to him multiple times . I also called this branch about this matte, they only took the message and did nothing.

I called the bank inquiring if they had Euros on hand to purchase. They said the bank had them at the Wesley branch and I could get them immediately. I drove to the bank to find out they do not have them and they need to be ordered.I asked to speak with a manager and I was told they were out. I left my name and phone number. After 2 working days no call back.I called today. My call was rerouted twice to some unknown location.The purpose for my call was to inform the manager that inaccurate information is being given out. I’ve waisted enough time with Chase.

This bank gave away my personal information to a stalker. The stalker in question used my name and phone number, went into the bank and asked to make a deposit into my account using zelle. He then asked the teller to confirm my current address so he could verify if Chase had the correct person. They gave him my full name, address, apartment number, email. It took me a year to finally figure out how I was discovered by someone who I moved cross country to avoid. Once I discovered the leak, I called chase bank, who put me on hold for 1 hour and never picked up the line. I have since closed my trading account with chase, am in the process of refinancing my loan and closed my checking and savings accounts. They do not take your information serious and apparently give it away without a care in the world. After all, they dont care what happens to you, just your money.

You can’t even get through the phone menu to make an appointment if you aren’t a current customer. Apparently they don’t want new customers or accounts.There is literally no way to go forward without putting in debit card or account number.

I just dealt with the most professional banker I have ever met. There was a small problem that that wasted a lot of time and Blake VanKerhoff handled it with professionalism and efficiency. He was great.

It's quite and clean location but on the phone one of the banker told me that I would be able to open account there with the refugee status I-94 card, social security card, state ID card and employment card, I scheduled an appointment, brought all the documents and a person refugee, and guess what they wasn't able to do it! Very disappointed, waisted half day! They don't know what they doing... and I did it before for other refugees on different location! I don't know maybe it's a person who doesn't know how to do it or a manager or the policy has been change I don't know but they didn't help! They sad it's looks like we need a passport (even tho I did explain everything on the phone and the person said yes it would work just bring what you have this is enough)
