We've recently retired, and were looking for ways to save on our policy, which we had honestly not reviewed in many years. Samantha spent an hour with me on the phone, detailing all the options available to us. She explained what everything meant and went over all the pros and cons of each option. She helped us make a coverage decision that met our needs specifically, while saving us a ton of money. I cannot say enough about the service Samantha provided. She was amazing!

Aleta and Samantha have been so polite since our previous agent closed their office. We were automatically sent to Mulcare. Any issues were addressed immediately and there was a genuine sense of concern. Very rare with the way customer service has disappeared in so many industries.
