When claim was denied, after being a loyal customer for 32 years, as I told by Mulcare to "sue" me if you don't like this answer.
Response to your comments:
You state that "Mulcare did everything under your control to advocate on my behalf" I couldn't disagree more. I was told by Matthew that he would get an adjuster to physically come to my home to inspect the damage (so the claims examiner wouldn't be relying just on the photos). You couldn't even make good on that promise and get an adjuster to come to my house. I hardly call that "doing everything under your control on my behalf". My new Allstate agent is going to personally come over himself and view the damage himself. My previous agent, Mike Milkes, would have moved a mountain to get an adjuster to review the damage and NOT let me get treated this way and always had my back.

Check on my policy and she provided the answers I needed and then sent me a copy of my insurance card so I can be all set with that requirement I think she’s a good agent and the state company covered my roof for hail damage and everything went pretty good
