Horrible workers this man blocked the alley and when I honked he proceeded to yell and scream at me. I’m just happy my windows were up because I had 3 small children in the car. I could tell the way he turned red in the what he was yelling was super unprofessional. You would think for someone illegally parked they would not feel so entitled and would just move.
Your response could not be further from the truth. I tapped on my horn while the same man was standing in the doorway after he saw me sitting there for 5 minutes. Who decided to yell like he lost his mind while I had my kids in the car. That ally does not belong to you as I always park there when I go to 302. It’s insane that I need to get out my car and politely ask you to move when you see me right there but you wanted to finish your conversation. I only started honking continuously when you got all red in the face from yelling.

Update: I’d like to update my previous review for Carlson Glass and Mirror. The repair took quite a while—two weeks for a small mirror—but the quality of the work and the price were absolutely amazing. I really appreciate this small business for their excellent craftsmanship. However, I believe they could speed up the process, and I would have been willing to pay extra for faster service. Overall, my experience was good, aside from the lengthy turnaround time.

Friendly helpful staff helped me get a couple broken 1950’s window panes replaced. Found out they also do shower glass installs so I will be coming back very soon!
