Come here not so frequently but always left with a good experience. Employees are very kind and helpful. Boss man is always kind and polite and fully of positive energy. I bring my items to trade to this location really frequently compared to other locations trade value they’re my best option. Only thing I can say is do inspect your figures whether you’re buying or trading. I’ve had a couple issues but they’re quick to fix the problem with the figure or make up for it if there’s no replacement pieces. Aside from that my favorite store. 10/10

I saw this shop when driving to my boyfriend's house and had the idea to make custom mini figures of us for our anniversary (yes, we're nerds). The staff were very helpful to a newcomer. There's a table full of heads, accessories etc. to pick through, and I did partake here, but for a more personalized look I ended up hacking several figures from the cases (this is a bit more expensive option as well). The only thing I ultimately couldn't get here was a female head with glasses but found one online. You can also sell your used Lego sets here or buy them. This place was hopping both times I came in, so Lego is definitely still a going concern with kids and adults alike!

I have been coming to this store since it opened. I am a regular customer including with my kids 7 and 4; make sure your kids understand the rules by the store and reinforce them while you are there. My kids beg me to go back and are treated like customers as well. Prices vary based on market and availability so take that into account. Trading is a better value just like any other hobby store.

Disappointing experience. My son called the store in advance to ask about selling sets/bulk legos (there was a-lot - hence the call) and was told to come in. When we arrived we were told a different story and the disposition of the person assisting left a lot to be desired. Smug and bothered to be exact - it wasn’t the message delivered as much as the attitude it was delivered with. Honestly, no big deal. We will pass the sets on to some kids who will get some fun out of them - my teenage son thought if there was a way to get a few bucks he’d give it a try. One plus out of the situation - we talked about customer service and how he should interact with customers at his job.

Very unhelpful, staff was very unfriendly, false advertisement as well, I came hoping to sell some legos just like how the place advertised and the told us no immediately and said they weren’t doing sales, very rude. Will not be returning

Kind, hard-working, and helpful staff. They’re always patient with my son as he browses and makes his choices. Pretty sure he thinks it’s the greatest place on earth. They talk legos with him with expertise and make him feel appreciated as a customer.
