My “home away from home” for training when traveling for work. Clean, good lighting, great equipment selection, nice staff and the perfect vibe! Also they are staffed at 5am weekdays so I can get a day pass and lift in hours before other gyms open.

Old-school Iron pump house. Im Active Duty and Was in town for the holidays, and they took care of me. I intentionally drove 35 minutes for this kind of atmosphere and was not disappointed. Definitely my daily goto gym when I'm visiting my hometown.

I love this gym, the people here and the equipment. I forgot my headphones though today and the music is killing my workout. 80s hair band ballads non-stop. Jesus man.Still 5 stars though.
