It's my first time there and it was really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful, got everything I needed, and I might go there again for some painting stuff. Also, surprised by how everything was reasonably priced. Loved it

Blick is our go to spot for our daughter's art supplies for art school. The staff at each location is very knowledgeable and helpful. We only wish there was a Blick in Indianapolis closer to her school.

Still love going here. Julian & Ingrid have helped me more than once and are very knowledgeable on various mediums. Everyone at the store is willing to drop whatever side work they have to help you, but these two in particular make me feel like I'm part of their team. ?

They seem to be busy all the time, but their workers are always willing to help you, AND each other
If you are thinking of trying a new technique you can call ahead and ask if any of their staff for advice.

As an artist, this is at a different level than a hobby lobby or michaels. I love walking the aisle for inspiration and always walk away wishing I had more budget to spend on art supplies.

It’s so nice here! The workers are so helpful and nice. The girl working on the floor was very informative and helped me pick the best paper for the watercolor project I was doing. Cashier was super nice as well!

Always love shopping here. I'm grateful for their extensive array of art supplies. Staffers have gone out of their way to be helpful when I've had questions, whether it's about something small like choosing erasers or something more sophisticated, like figuring out brushes or gouache. Be sure to check out their inspiring treasure trove of handmade papers. They also have some campy little bits and bobs (as in public tv painting instructor Bob Ross tschotchkes) that make good gifts.

I'm finally able to get back into drawing, painting, etc... since my kids are older now. Very helpful staff. Lots of new stuff I wasn't aware of. Will definitely be back.

Employees are only friendly to certain people and not so much to others. We were completely ignored the entire time we were there, and when I approached someone for help, she seemed bothered by my request for assistance. The same girl ended up ringing up our order, and when I gave my number to look up my account, she blankly told me it expired and didn't offer any opportunity to ask about renewal because I wasn't a teacher or student. I seem to have better luck at Michael's, and that's saying a lot...
