We worked with Beth and her team when we moved to the Wheaton-Warrenville-Naperville area, and they were of great help! Beth is very knowledgeable, resourceful, flexible, honest, and patient. We learned a lot about houses as well as the local community from her. Beth also recommended our home inspector, electrician, attorney and banker, and they were all great, professional people. We really enjoyed our house buying experience with her.

Beth has helped us buy two homes, found tenants for us twice, and sold one home. Easy & seamless transactions each time. Her professionalism and integrity are top notch; she'll be honest with you instead of telling you what you want to hear to line her own pocket. Plus she knows the market so well she knows what it takes to get it done. She has a gift for helping families find the perfect home. And fun to work with!

I technically didn't get the full opportunity to work with Beth. She came to my home, met my four children, referenced her faith in God and similar families to mine that she helped. We made appointments for everything needed to get our listing set up under the understanding we were on a very tight, strict deadline to get our house on the market. The morning of our first followup, she emails to let us know that although she felt terrible for our situation ( 4 children, 2 adults currently stuck in a one bedroom condo), it wasn't worth enough money to her. To say I was shocked after how she came off in our initial meeting is an understatement.
