Whatever you do in the bank I advice you to not open any type of accounts with Veronica Sanchez. I opened a business account with her 2 months ago & I never received the debit card for my business. I called twice to check what's going on & both of the times I was told that I'll receive the card in 10 business days. I still do not have the card. I just received a call from Veronica Sanchez she asked me if I received my card & I told her that I did not receive my card. Her response was "would you like me to transfer you to our customer service team so they can fix that for you?'' while denying any responsibilities in this situation. If you don't want to be in my situation just do not use her service & if she's the only person available just go somewhere else plus advice from me check the comments of the place wherever you go. Thanks Veronica Sanchez for putting me in this situation & not even being able to fix it.

Manager doesn’t know anything. I know she is manager so what. They can accept driving license which is punched but they can not accept which is valid license on same date I visited. So they didn’t opened my account. I wasted my time. Best service by NAPERVILLE BRANCH. They called me day ahead to make sure I bringing correct documents. But this weaton branch didn’t call nothing. So get help from Ogden avenue, Naperville branch. Try to avoid this one.

This branch is the Best bank branch I've ever been to of any bank I've had in Illinois.They are so kind and the customers service here is top notch!Thank you for your great customer service! You're competitors don't stand up to you!

What a difference a location makes!! This BOA was wonderful!! The banker was so nice, I was in and out in no time.... wish I lived closer to this branch!!

The drive up teller was incompetent and rude and the banker was rude even though I have multiple accounts and have been a client of Bank of America for 20 years. They asked for an ID for paying my Bank of America credit card...it wasn't a deposit. I was treated like a number and worse a criminal. These employees are not aware of their own bank policies. Further the teen teller suggested I use the ATM. What the heck?! My accounts allow me to see a banker. Ridiculous

I walked in the bank today (Saturday) and there was one teller and one person in the "office". There was a line for the teller while the person in the office sat and had a non-business conversation with a customer while they waited for another person to arrive. The teller did his best to keep things moving. The "office" person lacked good customer service skills. I will find another branch.
