“Thanks to AutoZone, and Daniel in particular, for not only selling me the new bulbs I needed for my brake lights, but also installing them for me. It didn’t take long but it was a huge help to me, an older women who just got out of the hospital after 3 months. I really appreciated it. Actually, I went to a different auto parts store first (right across the street) and the guys there were friendly enough and would have sold me the bulbs I needed, but they said “sorry NO” to installing them, even though there were no other customers in the store and the 3 sales clerks were just standing around. I told them no thanks because what good would it do me to have the bulbs when I didn’t know how to put them in. So I left and went literally across the street to AutoZone. Thanks again Daniel. My motorcycle died on me today and I had to walk to the parts store so I made the mistake of trying the competitor across the street- long story short, big mistake and they couldn’t even help me cross reference a battery (turns out they had the right battery in stock too, they just didn’t know it).

As soon as I realized O’Reilly was across the street I stopped in. George (he mentioned he normally works at a different location) was amazing. He was friendly, eager to help, he knew is stuff and he found my battery in 2 minutes, even offered me a ride if I needed help. Battery was the perfect match and when I returned the core I could tell they were so happy to have gotten me going.

It’s rare to experience this type of quality customer service anywhere in 2024 and I hope somebody hooks George up with a raise or promotion or something. He’s a real one!”
