We use to live close to Noah's but moved within the last year, we enjoyed the practice and doctors so we didn't mind the hour + drive. lately, we cannot say the same, it has been absolutely hell to get our dogs medicine, we have gone through chewy where it is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper, they charge .19 a pill whereas the practice wanting us to go through their pharmacy that chargers .60 a pill. the total difference for comparison is $142 difference when they are wanting us to buy over 300 pills, they state they are supporting small businesses with going through this pharmacy but they are not looking out for their patients with how expensive the pricing is. They make it difficult to even get the script if we want to send it in to chewy instead. It is not feasible to drive an hour or more to come to the office to just get the script when it could be emailed over. We have a 10 month old and to back her up to drive an hour for something that can be emailed is insane. The also stated that they would approve our chewy order if we came into the vet, we came in paid the exam fee and still would not approve the script and failed to even tell us we need to physically pick it up. I even asked if there was anything else that was needed and they told me no. We have been coming here for over 4 years now and it's sad that We will be finding a new vet because of this.

I love Dr. Murphy and her staff! I don't want to ever go anywhere else. The best vet I have ever had in all the years of having dogs. Everyone is kind, loving and compassionate. My little dog has heart and lung problems. Dr. Murphy has pulled her out of very severe moments. Her new staff are unbelievably fantastic and compassionate! I love them like family! My dog too! I only wish they had longer and more hours. It seems like I need them on closed hours. That kind of stresses me out. I guess my dog has bad timing! Lol. Fantastic and trustworthy place!! But, please get longer better hours. Open on Wednesday please.

I am so happy to have found this veterinary office! They are caring, on time, well priced and clean. They treat my Pomeranian like their own and I truly appreciate that!

Brought rescue puppy in for a thorough exam after finding worms in his feces. We saw Jason Olech who came off as errogant and disrespectful. Did a quick exam on Baxter and proceeded with his routine vaccines while my partner and I observed from a doorway due to covid restrictions. I requested my dog be treated for tapeworms which required an injection. Without my consent or they took Baxter to the back of the animal hospital instead of giving him the injection in front of us like the his routine vaccines. I was not informed this injection would cause a lot of pain to my dog. I could hear my baby screaming for bloody murder somewhere in the back of the office. My partner and I run to see what they are doing to our dog. Dr olech is muzzle to muzzle unmasked with my trembling puppy(So much for their compliance with covid precautions). It was made apparent at that moment we were unpleased how staff failed to inform us about what to expect with this injection and pissed how they took our dog behind a closed door to administer it. Screams suspicious and untrustworthy. The staff was very rude on our way out. I was extremely pissed at how unprofessional the vet was & the lack of communication. After a long dragged out phone conversation with the owner I got another appointment for Baxter with another vet. From the moment I walked in the door I felt discriminated against from the previous interaction. They prescribed medication Baxter did not need. I found out after getting labwork and a second opinion with a better vet after our dissapointing last visit. After bringing this to the offices attention I was kicked out as a Pt. This practice is pathetic and should own up to their mistakes. I would not reccomend this vet if they were the last practice around.

We absolutely love Noah's!! Our dogs see Dr. Murphy and we can indeed say she is the best. She's very good at what she does. She sees three of our four dogs and they love her. Our pups get the best care at Noah's and the staff is absolutely sweet to our pups. They even know them by name. We sing our praises about Dr. Murphy when people are seeking a vet recommendation.

Our Brit has a heart issue of which Dr Murphy quickly determined. It is a matter of monitoring at this point. She also is investigating a diet that we can use. She also recommended a vitamin that we can use for Ginger. The Hospital’s response has been excellent. The Doctor and her staff are very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and personable. I would recommend the Hospital as your first stop if you have any issues with your pets.

Followed Dr. Murphy from her last practice to here in Wheaton. It is not as convenient a drive for me, but worth the time spent. Dr. Murphy is a great surgeon and intuitive diagnostician. I am also part of Feral Feline Project, a Trap, Neuter and Return / rescue group. We bring all of our kittens to Dr. Murphy for their spay/neuter surgeries, not only because she has the fastest scalpel around, but because she is very generous with shelter rates for the group. Each animal gets the same care as any other client would. She gives all her patients the time necessary to answer all the questions their owners have as well, which is very important. Love the whole staff here. They are like a big family! Phyllis W.

A friend recommended we go here with our new puppy, and we're so glad we did. Dr Murphy was great and both she and Danielle answered all our questions and gave us a lot of good information. As first time pup parents, we needed that support. our pup was also very comfortable and happy through the visit. They were also very good about following distancing protocol for covid but still not making us feel disconnected. We're so glad our pup won't have scary vet stories to tell!

Very friendly, kind pet loving people. Always listen well and communicate pet care well even in the Covid era of not being able to go inside. Taylor is great!

I've been to a lot of Pet hospitals/vets because I foster dogs and this one is probably the best one yet. I take my dog and cat here because they showed such good customer services and they really care about your animals. They have great pet wellness plans and they don't cost a lot. I even notice for the fosters when they get spayed or neutered they sometimes do a little extra for the animals. Just an over all friendly nice place. THEY DO CARE and help as best as they can! Also they are great at answering any questions and get back to you pretty fast! Come here if you want your pet to stay healthy and want someone you can count on and trust!

I could go on an on about how wonderful everyone at Noah's has been to us and for Jack and Max. The entire staff at Noah's has helped us through lots of events and issues with our two dogs and I can't say enough good things about them.

I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate the client centered care that Dr. Murphy and all the staff at Noah's Animal Hospital provide to pets and their owners. Our senior dog, who passed away about 8 months ago at age 16, used to be terrified of going to the vet and it is always caused him an extreme amount of stress. Dr. Murphy and her staff slowly worked with him to earn his trust and make him feel comfortable by recognizing his "white coat syndrome" and giving him endless amounts of their delicious "cookies" during each visit. By the end, he happily trotted inside the building to his favorite exam room while greeting everyone with a tail wag. I'm eternally grateful for the care and attention we received during the last few months when he was sick.

This is the best veterinary hospital! Dr. Murphy is an OUTSTANDING vet. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Her true love for animals is obvious. I followed her here from VCA Animal Hospital in Schaumburg (where I was not happy at all). Please don't hesitate to bring your animals to Dr. Melanie Murphy. You won't regret it. It's not that far and certainly worth the drive. Seriously, she is wonderful.

Everyone at Noah’s Animal hospital are so friendly and welcoming. They have taken such great care of my fur babies and me. You can go in and NEVER feel rushed. Each and every person at Noah’s Animal hospital takes the time to get to know you and your pet. You ALL are fantastic!! I tell and recommend everyone I know to come here!
