If I can give them 0 stars, I would! My partner has been waiting for a check they were sending that was supposed to be received more than 2 months ago! Now they are avoiding our phone calls and emails. Avoid this place!

You get what you pay for.
Edit - Is Anderson Insurance revealing information about people in their answers to reviews, for example that one person had a particular carrier which raised their rates? Is that not confidential information????? I'm wondering about possible legal action

Avoid!!!
They will find you low insurance from unknown insurer like mydirect auto.
Low price good right ?
No wrong, because when it comes to pay up they will ghost you entirely. And what about Anderson they Can help right ? no wrong again. They are just brokers.
Lookup mydirect or any other insurer Anderson provides, they all have 1 star ratings with worst experience.

I have been using this insurance company for at least the past 10 years. I own five vehicles and I'm sure all of them with them. Slowly over the past two years they've increased my premiums by over 300%. From $800 every 6 months to $3,000 every 6 months without any changes. When I called to renew this year they were very rude to me and insisted that I could not make any changes to my policy with them over the phone and tried to pass me on to somebody else. What is the point of using your company if you're not going to do anything for me and just pass me on to other companies? Do your job and take care of your customers like you're supposed to. You just lost a customer of 10 years because of poor customer service. I would not recommend using them at this point because they don't seem to take their jobs or dedication to their customers seriously anymore. I left several messages on the day my insurance was to lapse and nobody called me back so my insurance lapsed because of their laziness and negligence.
