Previously great florist but failed to deliver items until after 4 pm and spouse had left work for day for an anniversary arrangement. Store refuses to answer phone calls or return multiple messages. Flowers look lovely from the picture sent by her staff. Customer service sorely lacking.

1 star just so I can post a review, this was a great shop at great prices, I loved buying flowers here but like 2 months ago I went again after calling multiple times with no answer/call back and when I git to the shop it had moved out, space was almost empty, no new location sign

Called and left a voicemail a week ago and never heard back. Called again today and didn't get an answer. Both times were during the available hours listed in their website.
It's a bummer because it looks like they have some pretty nice arrangements!

I’m giving you a 5 star because I didn’t want to hurt your business. However I have a complaint. I ordered flowers for my anniversary to be delivered to my wife’s work. The flowers arrived at 330 n the afternoon and she gets off at 4. What is the point to have flowers delivered if your not delivering them until the end of the day?? And if you knew it would be late why didn’t you call ? As for the flowers, my wife said they were the prettiest flowers I’ve ever sent her. So ultimately that’s why I gave 5 stars. Please work on your delivery and communication. Thank you.

Stopped in looking to get a bouquet for my girlfriend. I received a freshly made one within 15 minutes and at a great price. Turned out beautiful, the woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

My grandma's Get Well "designers choice" flowers are absolutely beautiful! I am so glad I looked up a local florist instead of just ordering from a photo online which almost always never looks like the photo. I did try to call them twice this morning because I forgot to add a name to the get well card and left a message. Unfortunately no one answered or called back so my mom's name didn't get put on the from card. Bummer! But at least the flowers were gorgeous. They came in a cute white pumpkin!

The roses were so pretty and they were as big as the palm of my hand! The ceremony arch flowers were gorgeous and we were able to put the flowers on the honor table after the ceremony.
