Previously great florist but failed to deliver items until after 4 pm and spouse had left work for day for an anniversary arrangement. Store refuses to answer phone calls or return multiple messages. Flowers look lovely from the picture sent by her staff. Customer service sorely lacking.

Called and left a voicemail a week ago and never heard back. Called again today and didn't get an answer. Both times were during the available hours listed in their website.
It's a bummer because it looks like they have some pretty nice arrangements!

The employees were super helpful! I really don't know much about flowers and they took the time to explain the different varieties I was looking at.
