Overall I like the store they had great selection and a lot of room my only problem was that employees were blocking the freezer aisles and I couldn't look there so I just gave up and got my stuff and left

Consistently understaffed. Today a walked in, collected my products and approached the Check Out lanes. 1 cashier open, Self Check out Broken and 8 people ( Probably only 5 total as a few were couples. Regardless, far too long a wait for " ONE ITEM " I put it down on a near by shelf, walked out and went to the grocery store near by. Today, it was only one item... but it has, before, been a half full cart that I have walked away from. This is a consistent issue.

The only reason I went above 1 star is the gentleman who helped me find a product was nice. I had a $7 coupon that I was using, it was for the exact product I was buying, the register didn't accept it and so the woman just said I was out of luck, even after she examined the coupon and saw it was correct. Bad business ethics in my opinion, either get your register to work right or learn how to type in the coupon yourself.

The woman manager today at 4pm at Westville location needs to be educated how to talk to people with respect! We were at self check out. The manager was rudely talking down to a store associate. Telling her "that is why they don't get along, because she doesn't know her job." Among other things.. While 2 people were checking out with her and we were in self check out. I do not think this woman should be the manager if for 1 she can't simply manage or have good edict while in front of customers!
